Psi Bufet has honestly been such a great find. The food looks fresh, smells good (yes, really) and you can tell it’s made with care. My Palermo absolutely loves it—mealtime has become the highlight of the day. It’s also reassuring to know I’m feeding something healthy and well-balanced, without having to spend hours preparing it myself. Definitely worth it if you want to give your dog something better than standard food.
High quality and each packet looks and smells fresh! My dog inhales each meal. Also very kind and helpful customer service, and a convenient easy to use app.

i've been using psibufet for a few months now and my dog;'s health has improved sgnificantly. Her coat is shinier and she seems more energetic. The meals are fresh and tailored to her needs which i really appreciate

Customer service team is amazing! They resolved my delivery issue quickly, professionally, and with a great resolution that exceeded my expectations. My dog loves these meals and we’re very happy we found Psi Buffet!
My dogs fur improved drastically, so does his poop. He stopped drinking that much and always finishes up his meal. The decision to switch to psi buffet was one of the best things we could have made for his health.

app stores credit card information across other user accounts and has security flaws, be careful! says account cannot be found but account creation does not allow you to use your data. I think there are major GDPR violations in this business.

Card transaction is completely safe. PsiBufet does not control or access your card details, so you don't have to worry about transaction security. We see the last four digits of the card number and the expiration date in your account verification.
Card data is stored by the leader in international online payments - Stripe. Stripe is verified and audited by a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. It is a global procedure that provides certification that online transactions using this platform are secure and is also the worst level available in payment processing.

The only food my can eat with a pleasure and have no health problems later on
For some reason my full address didn’t get registered on the website. I was waiting for the delivery when I noticed incomplete address in the email which I received from the delivery company. I contacted psi buffet and ask them about the problem, Kasia attended me, she checked/updated the address, contacted the delivery company and tried to get the same day delivery but it wasn’t possible, I got the delivery next day. Unfortunately some of the packages couldn’t be saved as they went loose (more than 7 days meals).
I contacted them again (Maria helped me this time) and they immediately offered me refund for the package which will most likely go bad.
It was an unfortunate event but I got every possible help from the PsiBufet, I’m happy with the services and my dog is super happy with his new diet (for 2 years I was struggling with his eating habits)
Halik uwielbia PsiBufet. Po roku widzę, że pies jest dobrze odżywiony, ma ładną sierść, jest zdrowy.
Przesyłki są regularne i na czas - robią też świetne wrażenie, za każdym razem to trochę jak otwieranie prezentu, bo nigdy nie wiesz, kiedy wpadnie jakiś ciekawy upominek (jak smaczki, miska, piłka, itp.).
