The size is a bit small than I expected

My diva mare definitely prefers the PS of Sweden saddle pads to every other saddle pad we’ve tried on her. Some she disliked so much that she got super fussy. But she loves her PS of Sweden pads and couldn’t be happier. And they’re really beautiful too. We have white and black ruffled pads as well as two blue ones that go beautifully with her dark bay coloring.

We ordered from PSO Sweden because their website clearly stated that all taxes and duties were included in the price. However, after the delivery, we received a letter from FedEx demanding an additional £42.19 for import tax.

Despite contacting PSO Sweden multiple times via email, we never received a single response. It's been weeks with complete silence from their side. We paid the fee ourselves just to receive the package, and now we are left chasing a refund that we shouldn't even have to ask for.

It's incredibly frustrating, especially when their website gives the impression that everything is covered. Not only are they ignoring customers, but they are also misleading them.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. Poor communication, hidden charges, and no accountability.

Beautiful tack but the leg protectors are a Little Bit too small for a tall Warmblood

I sent to you a mail to tray to cancel the order of this product. You answered to me that for thecnic reasons you can't cancel this order but I can return it when it arrives. Well, it arrives and I tried to return. The cost to return this is 20 euros when this product have a prize of 50. I'm dissapointed with you. My experience is not good. Sorry for my english, I know it's not good.

It is not possible to modify or cancel. They will definitely ship it. It is not a fair approach.

My recent experience was quite frustrating- that said the products are of extremely good quality.
I ordered 4 items but only 3 arrived. The process of contacting the company and them agreeing that there was an omission was very testing and should not have taken so long to resolve the original mistake.
Great products though.

I ordered two discounted items. Just to not receive anything. Did not hear from PS, not until I asked by e-mail. Then they said they were sorry, but that one of the items was out of stock so they cancelled the whole order!! Why cancelling both!? I asked for my money (fully paid), but they just don't answer me. So I probably just lost about 90 Euros....😡

I love the design of PSoS products, but the new sizing changes have made it quite hard to know what size to order. I own several pairs of PSoS breeches all in size 34 with a good fit. This time, after reading other reviews, I took a gamble and ordered size 38, expecting an easy fit, but they are very firm. I am typically a size 36 in other brands, so these are certainly small-fitting. The ankle is particularly tight on the Maggie breeches. I fear having to return anything as the shipping costs a fortune. Your shipping costs to NZ are a topic for another day ;)

So frustrated, I ordered a saddle pad a month ago as a gift for Christmas and have yet to receive any shipping information or even an email back from my multiple attempts at reaching customer service. We are now a week away from Christmas and still nothing.

Mooie producten, maar helaas niet zo kwalitatief als enkele jaren eerder. Prijs-kwaliteit is daardoor erg uit verhouding. Dit schreef ik naar de klantenservice:

*Oakley Winter Mid Layer > I really really love the fur and warmth of this vest. But the sleeves are way too short and keep creeping up. The thumb hole in the cuff cannot be used.

*Grayson Jacket > Beautiful color, and great fit. But even after 1 day of wearing the cuffs and sleeves are pilling.

As always, PS of Sweden does fantastic with orders and products! Absolutely am in love with what I got!
Shipping to the states has also become significantly cheaper which is huge!

I had a little problem with the size of the bridle that I ordered. I got a really fast answer on my email. I the problem was solved quick. Thanks

Was able to buy at a much reduced sale price and received saddle pads with speedy delivery to Germany.

The new sizing is terrible. i ordered the martina breeches in 2 different colours in a size 32 which are far too small. This is my normal size and i have 4 other pairs of ps of sweden breeches in this size 32 which fit perfectly. However these new pairs of the martina breeches that i bought are so small that i would need probably 2 sizes bigger to fit into them. very very disappointed because for the price point i expect good quality with good sizing. will not be purchasing again from ps of sweden

I had an excellent shopping experience here! The jacket's quality is outstanding, and it fits beautifully, giving me such a chic and stylish look.

Slightly Different materials and cuts than previously on the same or similar products now compared to one or two years ago.
I did not like those changes

Good content on instagram, good quality photos to see the material in the webpage, nice packaging and good quality material.
Also like that you usually have some items on sale.
