This is a fraud service. At first, I spoke to them via WhatsApp about whether I could use the service to activate wise accounts. The response was quick yes we can!
After charging the account and balance and creating a card, knowing that the card issuance service costs $7 weekly + 8% fees
The transaction was rejected by them. I couldn't use my card, I lost $20 in fees! I asked them via WhatsApp to refund the card amount and the fees. This is fraud. You told me that the card worked successfully! But unfortunately why not reply and ignore. This is a fraud and theft service. When I tried to transfer the money to my wallet, I was surprised to find that I had to have $300 in my balance so that I could transfer my money outside this site.

Despite repeatedly requesting the return of my money, PST.NET has continuously stalled the process and has now resorted to demanding Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, even though I have made it explicitly clear that I no longer wish to use your services. This demand for KYC seems nothing more than a tactic to further delay the return of my funds, holding them against my will. This is not only unacceptable but also constitutes a breach of trust and unethical behavior on the part of PST.NET. It is appalling that a company would resort to such tactics to retain customer funds. I demand the immediate return of my funds without any further delay or unnecessary requirements. I will not stand idly by while my hard-earned money is held hostage by a company that cares little about its customers' concerns. I caution anyone considering using PST.NET's services to stay far away. Your company's actions speak volumes about your lack of integrity and disregard for customer satisfaction. Holding funds without consent and employing delaying tactics is nothing short of theft and scamming. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and the return of my funds without any further delay. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue through legal channels and inform relevant authorities about your company's unethical practices.

I had a great experience with PST.NET customer service. They quickly addressed my concern about a penalty charge and clarified the specific usage of my card. Their prompt and thorough investigation led to the cancellation of the penalty. Excellent support and clear communication. Highly recommended!

They take a huge fee, and then the card wont work. If you contact support they just copy and paste the same answer "Sorry not our problem"
Dont trust these crooks, their service wont work. The support is philipines that dont speak english. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they will block you
Do not use this service, I promise you will only lose your money to them

I've been having trouble resetting my account password for two months. The website does not send the password reset code to my email. I have contacted support several times, and each time they say they will get back to me. After a while, they ask if I have access to my account, I say yes, and they tell me to try resetting it again. I do, but the same problem persists, and they say they will get back to me later.
Resetting an account password is the simplest request that a website's support team should handle, but unfortunately, it's been two months and they are making a joke out of me

Please I’m truly impressed by PST, the customer care is 5 star. I made a mistake with making payment to a wrong address and behold they sought it out for me as a first time customer. I must rate this 5 star treatment.

Their cards worked fine for Tik Tok and Facebook. I am putting them 1 star because of how shady they are. So I tried the medium tariff which costs 269$ monthly and I decided that I want to pause my subscription because I find all their fees extreme. My subscription was renewed 3 days ago and I decided to cancel it so I won't get charged again in 27 days. The moment I canceled my subscription, all my cards were disabled and my account downgraded to free account. Imagine paying for something and getting downgraded because you decided to cancel subscription, it's surreal!
With few words I paid $269, and I was supposed to have active premium membership for almost another month, and I lost it because I wanted to cancel subscription. I have never seen a service before, canceling your already paid and active membership because you decided that you don't want to renew anymore.
Also, I asked support if they could restore my premium subscription. Answer was NO, because I canceled my subscription and told me that I have to pay again 269$ which is absurd. Really shady business with shady tactics to make as much as they can from honest people like me who try to make a living.

Had about 800$ inside my account, they enabled telegram 2fa on my account without my permission and whenever I requested a 2fa code I never got it. Seems like they purposefully locked me out of my account and made it seem as if it was me who accidentally enabled 2fa (doesn't make sense because either way I should've been getting the 2fa codes). A few months of not being able to access my account, and them stealing my funds, I try to log-in again to see that my account doesn't even exist anymore, I have emails to prove that the email the account was under received account emails from PST, basically confirming that they orquestrated this account deletion and the theft of my funds. Avoid this sketchy company at all costs.
EDIT; despite the response that they provided, they do not even have my account email nor asked me for it. So they're not solving anything, only putting up a fake "attempt" at doing things right

Have been holding $3000 for over 2 months with no updates on the situation. Said an investigation or whatever is going and it should be fixed within few days or weeks but still nothing. Support has completely stopped replying on telegram for over 3 weeks now

Before receiving service, I wrote to PSt.net customer service and told them the platforms I would use. They said that they provide services to these platforms. However, in the tests I conducted within a week, I saw that these platforms did not accept cards. I explained this situation to customer service and asked for a refund. I used half of the $200 I sent to create the cards and that money went to waste. When I wanted to withdraw the remaining money, they told me to wait 14 days. While it only takes 5 minutes to send the money, they block my money for 14 days due to the service they cannot provide. I paid for the service they could not provide and the rest of my money. I have to wait to enjoy pst.net. Think twice before shopping on pst.net. After you send the money, you will not receive any service and you will not receive your money either.
