If i could give them a negative I would.

Got yelled at by a rent a cop for sitting on the ground waiting to load on the bus. But it's ok for the homeless to sleep drink and smoke spice down there. I sure did talk crap to him. I'm sick of this crap. You don't like your job go elsewhere. You obviously weren't good enough to become a real cop so you gotta walk around like you have some sort of power when in all reality your just as equal as all of us. Grow a pair of balls and grow up. You suck as an individual. Punk I hope you read this too.

Psta are now violating the rights of AMERICAN people who do not wear masks by kicking them off of taxpayer funded busses. Bus diver on bus13102 at 9:46 am on friday june the 12th told everyone that they had to wear mask to ride bus. This is against the law since this is public transportation partially funded by federal and state money. Talking to a attorney tomorrow about starting a class action lawsuit. Keep your news on and stay up to date. Sad day when people need to get to a doctor, but are kicked off the bus for not having a mask. This is a violation of a whole lot of constitutional rights and im filming and recording it all!

I dont even want to give a star its very sad that you get off along day at work and the bus driver on 74 bus #15101 drives UNDER the limit because she's to busy talking like she's in her own car. Psta needs to have a better look at who they hire

I've used pubic transportation all over…

I've used pubic transportation all over the country. And granted only a few cities offer great public transit, but PSTA is the absolute worst. They just can't coordinate with real time transit app because the drivers are driving too fast and it can't calibrate. I can't tell you how many times the bus just doesn't stop for you at the prescribed stops because they're exceeding the speed limit and can't stop. It's ridiculous. There is only one customer service rep I've spoken with that gets it and his name is Donel. He should run the place. I've complained and got a response but the guy that was gonna ride with me quit. Can't say I blame him.

If there was an option not to leave any stars that is what i would of gave psta. Upon visiting St. Petersburg, i was taking on a bus ride this morning (route 11)and the bus driver was so rude it prompted me to leave this review. If you are not happy with your job please find another profession. Your job it to get people to their destination in a timely manner. Rude was not part of your job requirements. With this being said Psta i had to give 1 star. And i really did not want to leave that.

The public transportation you offer is AWFUL

The public transportation you offer is very very awful. People use your transportation for work, doctor's appointment,etc,etc.. This poor customer service Psta offer is awful and it starts with the the owners down to the managers. If we the people find others ways of transportation other than psta and fewer people use your transportation I guarantee Psta will be doing some laying off of people..I mean you'll act like you'll don't appreciate people using your transportation to keep you'll employed. The drivers are perverts I've been approached by numerous drivers with things yours drivers shouldn't be saying while there driving your buses.. Its just AWFUL

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. PSTA SUCKS worst bus company ever. Bus drivers make up there own schedules and aren't accountable if I ran the place you'd have no choice to be on time or you be fired. Waiting an hour for a bus is unacceptable out MORE BUSES ON

PSTA Overpriced and Rude

PSTA is expensive $2.50 no transfers so forces you to buy a $5 dollar all day pass. That's right it cost 5 dollars a day to take the bus. I know what your thinking then buy a car. Not everyone is fit for driving and I happened To be that kind of person. Regardless I walk 20 mins to the buss stop, ride for less then 5 and walk another 8 to get to work. It's a joke of a system I live in North St Pete not the middle of nowhere. Every single bus driver I have encountered has been rude. I've been screamed at, pass by (while waiting at the bus stop) scolded as if I was a child. I wouldn't even care about my commute if the drivers weren't so rude and poorly trained. I PSTA deserve 0 stars.

Usually PSTA drivers are nice but today …

Usually PSTA drivers are nice but today I had very bad experience with rude driver . She was very rude . I caught the bus route 9 with my 2 year old and took some time to take my daughter out of the stroller , driver simply started the bus and talk to me very rudely. I was almost fallen. While getting down from the bus she passed the comment. They should know that we are also in hurry but sometimes kids (2 years old)don't listen. Very bad experience today.

Some of the drivers are very nice

Some of the drivers are very nice. But the scheduled bus times are a joke. If your trying to commute using more than one bus ha! Good luck is all I have to say. I run like as in top speed and 99.9% of the time they see me with my 2 year old and could care less. I'm sitting at a hot bustop with my daughter as we speak because the 59 was early and so was the 34 so even after missing the 59 I ran at top speed and again missed another connection. It seems like the buses only care about people taking that one bus but there are 100s of us that need to use multiple buses with kids and that's why I gave you 1 star. You need to work on the schedule. Also terminals are closed after 5pm so anyone with a working full-time job can't use the restroom with kids or themselves. Horrible customer service.

Crappy route, excellent driver!!!!!! (Greg)

Last night, I took the #34 from downtown St. Pete toward Clearwater. The bus was packed, and an older white woman was screaming at a young black man not wanting to share her seat; some other people were being very loud, and everyone with wheels climbed aboard (wheelchairs and bikes galore)! We pulled over, and people got very disruptive. Greg got up an politely explained we had another #34 behind us for those stopping. For those wanting to travel "express route" straight to the Largo Transit Center, stay on. Once people got off, his personality shown through. He was very professional still, but joked about feeling as though he were driving a Ferrari (not having to stop). He was just very pleasant overall, and helped strap bikes in, and asked everyone "How are you", and "Have a great night". He should definitely assist in training on some level. Excellent asset to PSTA!

Unprofessional & Rude Driver

Normally I have very good things to say about PSTA, but there is one driver on Route 19 Northbound in the mornings that is just awful. I've ridden buses in many cities and several states and never have I ever met a driver as rude and unprofessional as her. On multiple occasions I have seen her berate passengers, from everything from not standing up at the stop when the bus is approaching to trying to exit at the back door when she's opened the front. Her attitude is appalling. It should never be acceptable for passengers to be yelled at for simply trying to board/depart the bus and going about their day.

wrong bus number displayed

On 7-28-15 9:20AM
SAID 23 BUS HEADED TO TYRONE MALL DISPLAYED 14 INSTEAD OF 23.
After contacting customer service they informed me that the bus driver KNEW he couldn't get the number changed over and was suppose to stop at every stop and inform waiting passengers.
This bus driver rode right past us. He did not stop.
Now I am waiting an additional 25-30 minutes. Very inconvenient.
.........(it came and drove right past our stop) I am not even going to talk about it anymore. I did NOT wait for another bus.
We all have bad days, right?
The lady (sadly, I can't remember her name) in customer service apologized.
It wasn't her fault...she was kind and did what she could. I just needed to be heard about my horrible experience. Tomorrow is another day.
