Fantastic rates of pay and the more you give the more you gain. Paid on time and never a problem in that area.

Customers are also very reasonable and can often make your calls and days that little bit brighter. If there are negative and abusive calls (Rare, very Rare) the staff are there on the button with nothing but the best of support.

You are not forced to work specific times or hours, again NOT being forced and put under pressure makes a great deal of a difference to work life.
