Bigcartel are missing in action

I only have one experience of using Bigcartel and it wasn’t good. I would avoid them unless you’re certain about the people who run a particular store.

Unlike many online stores, there are no reviews for individual traders so you need to take a leap of faith when making a purchase. If you purchase goes wrong, as it did in my case (the item wasn’t even posted) there is no intervention from Bigcartel and you will receive no support in resolving any issues or chasing a refund.

In my opinion, it’s therefore not worth the hassle of shopping with Bigcartel until they step up the management of the Bigcartel site.
