A bit sticky and dirty but worth it (what a bargain!)
I bought a second hand xbox series X and a bunch of games. After giving the game covers and discs a gentle wash (it was needed), i was glad to see that everything seemed to be in pretty good condition and started to test them all out. I can’t wait to play them all. This was my first experience with Cex and i can say I’m pleasantly surprised. I saved so much money by buying it all second hand too!! Will buy from here again for sure. Also i got everything fairly soon after i ordered.

It was easy to sell and it was easy to receive the payment, everything worked efficently. I sold a Samsung mobile almost brand new on a Saturday, by filling in online the order. Next Sunday went to the shop in Porto (located in Via Santa Catarina), waited my turn at the conter and delivered the mobile still with original box. Just had to wait about 10 m for the employee (very friendly) to check and afterwards received a receipt of delivery (and also several emails informing the status of the transaction). Next Tuesday the money was in my account.

I bought phones in the past and the…
I bought phones in the past and the service was very good.
Had problems with a phone and the warranty handling was perfect, ended up switching for another phone that was in the store.
I only give you 4 stars because of the current phone prices, i don't know who is in charge of pricing but most of the phones are cheaper new! U need to constant update and refresh otherwise you will lose your way.

I got a broken item and instantly had to return it. This caused me to lose about six total days plus hassle running around to return something that was sent to ma already broken. I’m done with your company.
