I made a BTC payment for an ad campaign, which already has over 160 confirmations, yet the payment is still marked as "pending" on my dashboard. They claim that payments are automatically credited after a few confirmations, but that clearly isn’t happening. The campaign hasn’t started, and despite multiple emails, their support team is completely unresponsive. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a service that takes your money and fails to deliver on their promises. Would not recommend based on my experience so far.

I would like to leave a review of how the service performed in general, but i cannot do that.

It has been a month since i dumped my payment into this platform, expecting the PTC campaign to go live by now. But i haven't heard anything from the site or it's employees.

The support feature seems to be just a mock-up, as the only thing it does for the end user is redirect you to a blank page.

Hopefully the team reads this review and contacts me to help me out. But until then, it will remain a 1 star from me.

My campaign is up and running now! I'll come back with any further updates...

My experience is the same as Marcel's. They'll take your money and leave your ad campaign forever "in review" Save yourself the time, money, and hassle. Find an actual PTC company to work with.

My BTC transaction has already over 160 confirmations, yet their ad campaign hasn't started yet. Neither is it marked in my dashboard that they received the payment (still pending, even though they claim it gets automatically credited after a few confirmations). Nor is the support reacting/answering to mail.

Hence the conclusion, most likely scam and others better don't bother with them.
