I ordered a dress in December and haven’t received anything. I’ve been emailing since then requesting for a refund and haven’t heard back.

This is an absolute SCAM.

I ordered a pair of jeans with the matching shirt which came close to 200$ and it never arrived, I’ve contacted the customer service but they are useless. What a waste of money.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER
I ordered on sept 10th and had reached out to them multiple times to check when my order was to be shipped. I kept being told my items were on pre-order, despite it being well past the estimated pre-order shipping timeframe. It has now been 3 months and they no longer answer emails or have comments open on their instagram. I wish I had read reviews before shopping here :( This company is such a scam DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

My mom ordered PW12 and PW13 for Christmas and it never came. She and I both tried to reach out to the company through email and Instagram and never received a response. She had to file a claim to get her money back.

0 star rating! I recieved pants that look nothing like what I ordered! So cheaply made.. this company is robbing people and getting away with it :/

Apparently every single negative review before and including mine, (they asked that I remove my initial review, but I’ve decided to modify it instead), are “false” according to the customer service rep that has been emailing me. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Hopefully the clothes that are en route to me are worth dealing with the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Will not be purchasing from this company ~~~ever~~~ again.

One of the worst customer services ever - it's taken two months for my order to arrive, if they had calmly explained to me the reason behind the delay I would not be writing this - but the awful customer service, microaggression, and passive behavior from who ever is managing their social media account has literally brought me to tears. I bought this outfit to celebrate my recovering and this is what I have to deal with. The WORST EVER!! dont shop here!

I never wright these but DON’T BUY! Just a drop shipping website from clothes marked up from Ally express. You can find a bunch of other ‘stores’ selling the exact same stock. The dress will probably turn up in a couple of months time but I’m not holding out. Money down the drain.

Worst experience shopping online ever!!!!

First it was delays in product making
Then it was shipping issues
Then they only would exchange no refunds
then they sent my product to the wrong address
and then their were issues with their financial system and they've stopped replying all together
do not buy from them ever, don't make the same mistake i did

When I finally got my refund from a previous order, I placed a new order, but one of the items I got was not available. Instead of getting credit back for the item, I only received about $2, which I should at least get $70 back. I've emailed them a couple times to see if anything could be done, but I've been ignored. You also have to wait a long time to receive your goods, which is understandable since it's made to order I believe, but I waited well over 5 months. I would recommend not buying from here.

I found this company helpline on instagram and their help info is nine one nine nine three nine ²⁵⁴⁴i reach out the company customer service on the date 23-07-2021 and i got my order money reimbursement

I ordered one dress from this store.It didn't arrive for more than two months so I asked for cancellation and got a very late reply, very bad experience. All the friends here PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Gosh I wish I could give this experience and store 0 stars. They claim their clothing is from LA but it is all drop shipped from Asia. You can find all their clothing for cheaper on AliExpress. I am still waiting on a trenchcoat and it’s been 2 months. The first item in my shipment arrived finally but the quality of the fabric was laughable for a flannel. At least the colors were accurate...
I’ve been writing to customer service about the coat which I would still like to receive (just out of sheer principle at this point since there are no returns...), and I got a clearly bullsh*t response about how “the fabrics which they source from EUROPE are delayed in customs”. The fabric is not from Europe. These are clearly clothes from Asia. Stop falsely advertising.

If I could say one positive thing to conclude this long rant, I would say that at least the customer service is somewhat responsive (although dishonest) and the clothes are cute but really cheap quality.

Still waiting on that coat. Would love to have my mind changed about the quality and customer service so we will see.

I've never received my order that I placed on January 25th. I've been sending numerous emails but nobody was answering for at least a month then I had an answer telling me that because of Covid they had a problem with shipping being a small company etc.... They told me that I will be receiving an email with a tracking number in a week or two, I was patient but then every time I was following up I had the exact same answer and we are May 18th and I still don't have my order.
I've tried today to check their website but I can't access it anymore.
I've just disputed the amount with my bank.

Scaaaammmmm !!! Never received anything. Every time I email them, they say my order will dispatch next week but they say that every week.
We have to stop them it’s unbelievable they keep on going and taking people money

I ordered two pieces in February, I waited the time stated on the site for production. Once that day came I emailed Patchwerk and was told I would have an early March ship date. End of March I reached out again and got an early April ship date. In April 19th I asked to cancel my order for a full refund and was only offered store credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Patchwerk stopped communicating with me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It’s a scam!!

This should be ZERO STARS. I placed an order on January 31st, 2021. I spent around $400. They didn’t reply my emails for a month and when they finally did they said that due to covid they are experiencing some delays. FALSE!!
Any time I questioned about when my order would get shipped, I was told “next month, next month” . Well it’s April and still nothing!
They have changed their name on Instagram 29 times (patchwrkstudio, patcwrk, ptcwrk, p_tcwrk, ptcwrk, paatchwrk, etc) and they block everyone who complains about them.

Exact same website, just different name. Such a SCAM. Ah! And they don’t do refunds so I’ll advice you to talk with your bank to cancel payments. Don’t expect anything from them

It’s been 6 weeks and I’m still waiting for my order. I get the run around when I message them and they delete my comments in insta. Do yourself a favor and avoid them!
