Overall I was pleased with the service
Overall I was pleased with the service. However there were a couple of small issues. From the reminder notice I received from PTS Calibrations I had the impression that pick-up and return delivery of the item was free, but this turned out not to be the case. Secondly the item was returned to the billing address, not to the pick-up/delivery address as I had stated in the order. Fortunately there was someone present to receive the item when it was delivered (I had made a special effort to be at the delivery address on time so as not to miss the delivery).

Hi Mark. Apologies, We returned to to the Invoice address we have on file, which is our normal process. But did not return it to the different delivery address as requested. As you say, fortunately someone was at your invoice address. Once again apologies from the PTS Team
