1.30pm 70th Birthday lunch lack of any real customer service or friendly waiter service lacking. Why offer a free birthday deal and show no interest. I have been before in Shirley, Soton and never had this poor service. My cousin came down despite BR strike and wonder why I took her to your restaurant. Luckily I have another birthday meal for such a special birthday too. I will go elsewhere as very disappointed as not busy just appeared to want to be rid of us. We enjoyed our merlot bottle of wine but complete lack of service and not impressed with the food. NO I would not recommend this even for a freebie birthday treat.

The food was very average not a lot of flavour with frozen chips.
We’re not offered any Parma ham cheese or pepper supplied.
The cannoli was very tasteless with very little meat the pizza was supposed to be chilli and I have tasted more heat in a ice cube.
Overall pretty poor really and the final insult was the bill what we were charge made it very expensive.
Would I recommend not really would I go back not really.
Staff we’re ok atmosphere was very good shame really as could be excellent restaurant without trying but sadly not.

Had an excellent evening here with my partner, Lovely food and great atmosphere as well
