Absolutely amazing week in Saundersfoot, we were lucky with the weather and walked into town every day, the cottage was more then excellent, fantastic views from all the rooms facing the beach, the cottage itself was immaculately clean with everything we needed for our stay, apart from the limited parking space (which nothing could have been done to change) the cottage has possibly the best view of Saundersfoot and we took it in turns to sit in the bay window watching the tide rise and fall.

We had a lovely stay at Midnight in the Easter holidays. Booking was really easy and the team at Puffin holidays were friendly and helpful.

Lovely accommodation, clean and functional. Close to everything you could need in Tenby.

Excellent 6 of us stayed all accommodated no issues every thing you could ask for thank you for our amazing 4days stay

Puffin Cottage Holidays have some great dog friendly properties and there Customer service is the best in Tenby/Pembrokeshire.

We stayed in a bungalow in Saundersfoot and the whole property felt recently decorated and furnished. It was spacious, comfortable and in a quiet area and contains all the everyday things that make it easy to enjoy staying there. We stayed in December and were particularly impressed by the Christmas tree complete with twinkling lights in the living room.
Walking to the centre of Saundersfoot was easy and only took about ten minutes (although it takes a bit longer to get back as it's all uphill).
All aspects of the arrangements for arrival and departure and the information folder were excellent and much appreciated.

Wonderful service from start to finish. The company and staff were very helpful in trying to resolve any problems we had and the accommodation was just as described.

Great company to deal with, good communication and prompt return of security deposit. Accommodation always well presented and clean, with thoughtful extras like milk and biscuits included.

This is our second Christmas holiday with Puffin Cottage Holidays, we have loved each one. But staying in Tenby for Christmas week was utterly magical. The apartment was perfect, decorated festively and had everything we needed. All the advice before our stay was so good, parking for the extra car, freezer space etc. We love that Puffin Cottage Holidays is local and a family business, their attention to detail is exemplary. We will definitely use them again as they have the best holiday properties in Pembrokeshire ♥️

Price was better than through other booking sites. Process was simple, email communication was clear and the property we stayed at (Merlins Gardens) was clean, well equipped, and in a great location.

I rented an apartment in Tenby. There were issues with cleanliness, broken kitchen equipment, temperature & lack of basic essentials & communication. What I found interesting was the lack of interest from staff at Puffin' & the fact that they invited no customer review from me knowing i had cause for complaint. Tenby is great but that company is one I'm happy not to recommend or use in the future.

Ps I take issue with the company's reply to my review. It makes matters worse by not being entirely honest / accurate. Interesting as well that they choose a public response than a private one.

Beautiful house, garden and location. We loved the top floor suite of rooms.
Beds and bedding are luxurious. Kitchen superbly fitted out. Locations perfect. Lots of local shops and a Tesco. Our family and friends had an amazing holiday. Oh dear, it ain’t worth it.

Seamless booking and accommodation fantastic! Great location! Will be returning hopefully 2026!

From the time of booking to our holiday at Maynor in Kilgetty, it was a very easy experience and we felt in safe hands. The house was even better than anticipated and suited three generations perfectly. We all had our own space and the kitchen was well equipped. An added bonus was being met by the owner. Unfortunately the weather was lousy all week!
