Never received product. Unable to reach customer service. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Order 10 days ago with no update on the package says delivery between 7-12 business days and I don’t think it’s just gonna show up in 2 days 1/5 stars

Do not use this place. They have practically nothing in stock. I picked a nector collector one of the few they had. Then they said they didn't have it choose another. I was lucky to find on availabile and they didn't send it they just returned my money.

They hit really good. I use them for a while then just throw them away and order more.

Package came pretty beat up. Banger was busted. We will see if the rest holds up.

Taking way to long and still nothing on shipping will not ever buy from them

Shouldn’t have to sign for packages and make sure customers to get the things they order

Sold me a sold out pipe when I bought the pipe it was in stock after I bought I was the only one to buy it was out of stock wasn't informed for almost 2 weeks

It’s been a week since I placed an order and have not received any shipping information or updates since the initial confirmation email. Shipping is one thing, but it shouldn’t take this long to complete an order.

I ordered my e-nail over a month ago and it took like 3 and half weeks for me even to get an update on the order or even a correct tracking number then all of the sudden it says it was delivered then when I contacted them about it they told me to contact my local post office smh I spent over $150 on this thing and have no idea where it is. I’ll just use Amazon or eBay next time

Ordered a enail, never was emailed that it wasn’t in stock, until i emailed customer service they told me about it, it hasn’t even been shipped yet and it’s been a full week, i was so excited about getting a enail, after this service im not even happy about it anymore…

This is our favorite stealth pipe! Love to travel with a clean, new one! Even though the Puffing Bird website was having some trouble (it said both that we still needed to pay and ALSO THAT we had been charged for them)-SO E KIND OF GLITCH.. Nevertheless, the pens arrived AFTER our trip and we’ll use next time we go! Luckily, Fat Buddha glass had a flashlight pipe we could get in time.

Hello. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for my package to arrive after expecting it to arrive in 5 days, I was unable to track it the entire time, and then when it was finally delivered, my product was shattered at the bottom, making it unusable.

I'd like to give a better review, but I have yet to receive the items I ordered.

I’ve bought from Puffing Bird a few times before. Checkout was so much more difficult this time. Wouldn’t send to the correct address and take any card online. Had to end up sending elsewhere then it eventually took the same card that was previously ordered from. Shipping took more time than previous orders. Packaging was not like previous orders either. Very disappointed in this last order.

Took a little while but that’s ok but it says it comes with a quarts too that was not in the package says it comes with 2 silicone containers only came with one
