It took almost a month to receive (I live in the US and I believe they ship from the UK?) so it took a little bit longer than I expected to receive. I think I got a bit confused because I received a USPS tracking number the day I ordered, but that only went into effect once it arrived in the states. However when I reached out on the 12th day to ask for an update, they were quick to answer and pleasant so their customer service seems to be great!

The actual Pufflie itself is wonderful! Nice, soft, and very warm. I'm not sure who likes it more, me or the ferrets!

This hoodie was a gift fir my daughters birthday. It was perfect and she loved it, it was as super soft as described in the website and the colours were exactly like the picture. Delivery time was as expected with no unexpected delays. I will order from them again as my other daughters are all looking for them.

Ordered my rainbow Pufflie on the 28th December and it arrived on the 12th January. Had regular updates on the order being confirmed and dispatched. Shipping was easy to track especially with the shop app.

It arrived vaccum packed which made me question what arrived but I have to say it really didn't disappoint!!!
The colour was so bright and matched the product photos exactly, it is so incredibly soft on the inside and outside. It's the perfect length and the sleeves are long but the cuffs make sure they don't slip. It's definitely perfect for working from home.

Would happily buy from them again for myself and for gifts for people.
