Amazing Service - Great Products - Wonderful People

It is stunning that Pugut Systems has no previous reviews from customers. I was in the need to upgrade my 10 year old gaming computer that is used for work and is heavily loaded with various apps and drives. The computer is also utilized for a variety of picture and video needs and was not powerful enough to process AI upscaling in a timely manner. After 10 years of faithful service and maxing out the processing and RAM, I was ready for an upgrade.

As I considered that I needed a powerful workstation, I investigated some well known shops that do custom builds. There are a couple of highly rated shops that allow you to put a system together online. However, it was frustrating to try to manage this purchase online as I had questions about some options and choices and didn't want to choose one piece of hardware when another may be a better match for my needs.

It was then that I discovered Puget Systems and that you have the ability to talk to a customer service rep on the phone for guidance in the process. So I made the call and spent about a half hour on the phone as Terrell patiently answered my questions and gave me guidance. Upon completion of the call, he advised that he would put together the order for my consideration and send it over to me shortly. Within about 15 minutes, Terrell's order presentation arrived in my email, I looked over the order that identically matched my selections, and made a quick decision to proceed with the purchase.

About a day after I made the purchase, I became concerned that I had overlooked something and that the work station may lack facilities for multiple monitors and reached out to Terrell. Terrell took the time to respond quickly to alleviate my concern and provide me with the technical information to properly connect the monitors once the system arrived and was in my possession.

So once the work station was ordered, got a notice from Puget Systems giving me a timeline of assembly and delivery.... approximately 3-4 weeks. They actually send you a link via email and you can look in on the progress of your system... from parts ordering, to assembly, to primary testing, to installing the software, final testing and then packing and shipping. Additionally, you can view the specific test results for your machine (as they publish pictures of the results) and when it is ready for shipment, you are provided with a number of pictures showing the readied unit both inside and out.

Shipment took place after about 2 weeks from my order date and then another 4 days to arrive. The final process from beginning to receipt was just about 3 weeks from my order date and I live on the east coast with a longer shipping distance than probably most of their customers.

When the unit arrived, it was packed amazingly well in a huge box to isolate the ensemble from damage. As per my order, the work station was wired to accept additional storage drives and so installation was quick and easy. They provided hardware for such needs and for my future installation needs, I got a backup thumb drive and complimentary cables for a couple of the extra monitors that I would be connecting. It was like Christmas morning as a child for me.

I did encounter a small issue with the unit that was actually not the fault of the unit nor Puget Systems, but how I mounted the internal drives. When I called their technical support, a wonderful guy helped walk me through some procedures to test operation of the unit and he had me download a newly released driver to see if this would correct my issue. I was probably on the phone with him for 45 minutes. Ultimately I discovered afterwards that it was my issue. Nonetheless, a couple of days after my phone call for technical support, Puget Systems reached out to me via email to see if everything was okay.

The bottom line is that I paid a good sum of money for my work station, but it was money well spent and invested. The work station is phenomenal. I could not have chosen better people to deal with and they set an extremely high standards for customer service and satisfaction. This service is so missing in today's world and surprising to discover as my experience previously with anyone selling cell phones, computers or technology devices is often so difficult to reach for any questions or technical needs. When phoning, you talk to a person and they are patient. I have dealt and been in management in retail for over 40 years and have trained personnel in high quality customer service standards. Puget Systems is amazing!

So I give Puget Systems top marks all around. If you asked me if there is anything that they could improve upon from ordering to delivery to support, I couldn't name one thing. Again, this is most unusual. Recommended with the highest confidence that you will enjoy a similar experience if you should make a purchase from them.
