Amazing, but only 1 bad thing to say.
I discovered pulse competitions around a year ago. During the year I have been playing, I have had small wins and big wins which obviously I’m very happy about.
Kirsty is an amazing host, she’s so kind and relatable.
But… over the past five-ish months I’ve noticed that it’s the same person that is constantly winning the larger prizes. Before the wheel has stopped spinning I know whose name is going to pop up. It’s a bit disheartening to be honest and really putting me off playing. Personally I think there should be a limit on how much money a person can win. For example if they have entered multiple competitions and their grand total is £10,000 then their account should be paused. Just so it gives everyone else who’s entered a chance to actually win someone big for a change. That is the only criticism I can give pulse competitions, other than that everything is great.

We've had so many loyal customers that have played with us for most weeks over the last four years and it's great to see people returning. We know it can be frustrating seeing a familiar name popping up on the winner board - people do have lucky streaks. Some more than others.
We'd hate to tell someone who had been loyal to us and played with us for a long time that they had won more than enough now and that they were no longer allowed to enter. Thank you for your continued support but we don't want you to win any more.
It's a really difficult topic - Those people that have a lucky streak, are still playing every week when you don't see their name on the winner board and they are usually congratulating other winners on our livestreams.
We have built such a lovely and friendly Pulse community over the years and we would be sad to have to start saying goodbye to our returning customers. They've helped us to grow as a business. I hope that makes sense.
We've had people play and win £10,000 with a single ticket. If there was a limit, they'd not be able to enter again.
We're glad you love what we do Megan, and we hope this doesn't put you off entering our competitions as we know you've had some fab wins and would love for you to have many more in the future xx
