Two things I would like to mention. My wife is a disabled person and we have a blue badge. You can't park your car in front of the gym because all the spaces were occupied by cars without a blue badge on the windshield. Five cars and none with a blue badge. Do you really not care? I parked in a very narrow space and unsuitable for a disabled person. Then the pool. It's scary, how big the problems are there. There is no one to supervise. A woman was swimming with her pants on and socks on?? Another person's panties were visible under her swimming shorts. He came with her bare feet without slippers, stepping on the wet floor, without even taking a shower, she jumped straight into the pool. In the sauna there is no rule to sit on your towel. People climb on the wooden benches wearing slippers. Good people, where did you come from? Is there no respect or hygiene? I'm sorry but I should have called the authorities and I think I will do it next time if I come again. I hope someone cares about what is written here.

Ordered a Pilates set off this site in November 2024, they’ve took my money I’ve had nothing delivered and can’t even contact them at all. Do not order off this scam website

Horrible experience

Classes and instructors are great. Sadly, some reception staff have little idea of good customer service. One girl thinks nothing of using the f word in front of clients! I believe this comes from the top. Model how you expect staff to behave and challenge poor performance. In the meantime, I'll try to have as little as possible to do with them and their curt message boards.

I literally cannot believe how awful is the service at this fitness. They took my money and refused to give jt back when I was rightful for it.
I am 16 years old and I have purchased a 1 month subscription for the price of 60lv. online and made a profile with my real age and never lied about anything concerning my age or birthday. When I went to the fitness they made me a card with my photo, so they literally saw my profile info. I trained 2 times and on the third time they blocked my card because I was underaged, though no one stopped me from making an account and paying for everything. When I asked if I will get MY money back they told me "go to the finance department" then I asked where it was and they said that they don't know and they don't do such things. It was very CLEAR that it was their mistake but I was the one that was literally robbed. My dad called them several times after that and they said to his straight face "we won't give your money back". I was so furious because it is a form of injustice. When they take the money it is ok to be underaged but when you want it back because of their mistakes, it is your fault and you are mistaken. I would never recommend this place. Run far away from it!
