I work for a healthcare charity and we purchased 8 weighted animals for the kids visiting the clinic. We have had great feedback from the families, the animals are wonderful for overcoming anxiety and discomfort.
The Pulse of Potential team are also very lovely and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

As an adult with autism I have found that using my koko the koala weighted Animal has helped me to regulate my emotions easier if I find that I am getting overwhelmed a hug with koko for ten minutes help me feel more calmer

Really makes a difference.
Beautiful and soft fur that really gives you that calming effect when you stroke it.
Lovely to cuddle when feeling anxious.
Only thing was the packaging had been opened as it was slightly mucky on the fur.
Evri had obviously opened it and re-packaged.

My son ordered the wrong cuddly for his girlfriend. I e mailed Pulse of Potential, to ask if I sent it back, could it be exchanged.
To my amazement, they credited my son's account so that he could get the one she wanted, which has now arrived.
Absolutely amazing customer service. My son's girlfriend is delighted, and I would have no hesitation i recommending these lovely weighted animals to anyone.

I wish I had ordered from Pulse of Potential first! I ordered from another company at the beginning of December to give the weighted stuffed animals as Xmas gifts. It’s now the last week of January and the other co has ghosted all my emails and calls! I was so disappointed my gifts didn’t arrive from the other co and decided try Pulse as a last-ditch effort! Not only did my order arrive quickly, but they did a great job keeping me updated and the animals are even better in person than I imagined! Thank you for keeping your word and making a great product!

Excellent customer service and tracking of my parcel. I received Sunnie the Sloth three days ago and I am absolutely thrilled with this stuffy! I'm healing a disregulated nervous system and this weighted animal is something I didn't know I needed. It brings calm and a sense of relief I didn't think was possible for a stuffed animal. Thank you for creating these! Everyone should have one!

"I have now received a confirmation from the PoP that the refund was issued. So I'm changing the score to 3 stars. It can't be possibly higher than that. As it took me two months to get through to them and only a bad review here has actually prompted them to take action".
The initial review (before the refund):
I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience. I received a defective item (a torn soft toy). I sent an email requesting a full refund. Nearly a week later I got a response and was told that the refund will be paid.
It was nearly two months ago (29th of November), and despite numerous follow up emails and further promises from a staff member, I'm yet to receive anything.
I was initially told that the refund would be issued and then that the matter was being looked into. I've got the full chain of emails that has lead nowhere and for over a month now all I'm getting back is radio silence.
Chances to get your item intact are slim and to get a refund are non-existent. What a waste of my time and money!

I have only received part of my order. I keep getting brushed off despite numerous attempts to either get the rest of my order or get a refund. I have started the process of filing complaints due to the failure of Pulse of Potential to fulfill their obligation. It’s been 6 weeks since I placed my order.

I contacted Pulse of Potential twice within the stated refund window to request a refund, following the refund instructions on their website (emailing with my order number and reason). Their policy states that refund requests will be reviewed and that customers will be notified.
I received no response to either email. The issue was not a dispute over the product itself, but the complete lack of any reply, which made it impossible to pursue a refund under their own stated process.
I’m sharing this to document the company’s nonresponsiveness rather than the product.
Edit: 2.4.26 I appreciate the response here. This has been (I think) now been resolved by email, as my third message to Pulse of Potential got a reply. Ultimately I had to ask them to honor their refund policy 6 times, as they avoided the specific request and wanted me to accept partial discounts or store credit. After the sixth explicit request for them to honor their stated refund policy, they agreed - however, the refund has not yet shown up on my credit card statement (they mentioned it might take a few days) so I am still waiting to see if this is indeed resolved.
