Product doesn't work. Just gives muscle spasms. Refund policy is too short to test it. Onboarding calls only available in Australia between 12 to 1:30am. Customer service offers very little to get the product working. Given up now, so its gone in the bin.

From the first time i used it, believing it would be a bunch of hooey, i was stunned to find such relief. My back pain had been an 8/10..I food s20 minute meditation with music and vibration and I'm serious when I say it was down to a 1/10 for the next few hours. Using it daily has shown that the daily rating of pain was going down. Today is a week and I'm able to do so much more than before.. walking, sleeping, and being calm when I'm usually highstrung!

I really enjoyed the use of my pulsetto neck device. Lately I haven't had the need for it and had difficulty in adjusting my sub. Andrew from the tech center was able to assist and provided the link I needed to cancel future auto draft. Should I need to use the device in the future, it was incredibly useful in reducing stress and pain. Highly recommend it.

Thanks for making this incredible tool available to regular human beings like myself. I have been using it every day since december and it´s truly an amazing tool. I already meditate and do yoga every day and the Pulsetto is just more of the good stuff that these ancient techniques are giving us. The vagus nerve is very central to everything and massaging it gives magickal results. I use all programs; stress, anxiety, burnout, pain and sleep and they all have different advantages. The pain program has made me fall asleep several times while using it. I sleep better, I am less influenced by stress, my anxiety is not my master anymore, and my burnout symptoms are getting smaller and smaller every day. I don´t want to go a day without using it now.

I have suffered from chronic pain for years and insomnia and saw the add on facebook. I also have a high stress job and thought I would give it a try. After the first day of 2 20 minute sessions the results were obvious. My overall muscle ache and tension improved. I noticed improved sleep and relaxation when I use it in the evenings before bed as well as improved pain from recovering back and knee injuries.
I also do see improvements in my overall stress/anxiety and mood with daily use.

I was an early customer and purchased my Pulsetto in early 2024, with a 2 year warranty. For over a year it worked as expected.
Unfortunately, starting about 6 months ago (within the warranty period) , the device stopped producing any stimulation at all—even at maximum intensity (level 9), with proper gel and correct placement. I tested multiple times with firm contact and different positions, and there is zero output. This appears to be a hardware failure. I informed Pulsetto about this problem during the warranty period. They kept telling me ways to test the device. When it became abundantly clear the unit wasn't working, I asked for a replacement.
I contacted support and provided details, but they declined to offer any replacement or solution since I am NOW slightly outside the warranty window. Given that this is a complete functional failure—not normal wear and tear—I found this response disappointing.
I would have expected better support, especially for an early customer and a device failing in its core function, especialy since the product failure occurred well within the warranty period. Unfortunately, I learned that Pulsetto's approach to product support is to tell me to fix the problem myself (at their direction) for several months until I was technically out of the warranty period, then refuse to do anything (or even acknowledge I was one of their first early adopter customers).
I am surprised and very disappointed by Pulsetto's conduct and their approach to "customer support."
I’m happy to update this review if Pulsetto offers a reasonable resolution.

The Pulsetto is making a huge difference for my health issues. My sleep is SO much better, stress has drastically dropped and my GURD hasn’t been an issue at all with no meds!! I highly recommend this VNS!!

Their product is wonderful! However after I bought the unit, about two weeks later I was charged for their Premium App. I didn't get advance notice of the charge so I contacted Customer service to cancel the premium app and to be refunded. It took several rounds of communication stating that I wanted to cancel before they agreed to do so. Customer service was very good but their system was set up to charge a recurring fee for their Premium App. I was not able to cancel it on my own but had to go through lengthy conversations with customer service.

Well, the first one I received never worked….would not turn on. A little discouraging. I had to prove that was the case with photos and videos, also a little discouraging. It wasn’t your idea to swap it out. Finally someone got back to me and I asked about returning it for one that might work better. And I got permission to send it back. I did get a notice that it arrived…..and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get one that worked. Now that seemed loo long as you already had my money for quite a while…… but it arrived a week or so later and it works.

Warning. I've tried 3x to cancel the monthly premium subscription they snuck into the cart when I purchased. I included my email and details to locate my order on the first email. They asked me to email a different email, which I did. From that new email, they asked for an order number and told me to email the original email. Logging in and cancelling online was not an option - which is 2026 should be simple and standard. It's clear they make cancellation time consuming and difficult on purpose. When you complain about the process, you just get canned responses in return.
