I really love my new coach, it's super fluffy! The assemble process was relatively easy, it's also cool that you'll be able to disassemble it by yourself if you move out in the future.
The coach and minipuff turned out to be bigger than I expected from the photos so the minipuff was a bit extra for my room.
Thanks to Pummba support team, the communication was easy efficient and pleasant.

Beautiful, minimalistic, and comfortable

I have been requested quite a lot of information and the team has been extremely helpful. Also in terms of some logistics issues I was facing they have been very supportive. We have seen the sofa in the showroom and are very exciting to start enjoying it soon ourselves!

Overall good experience! Delivery was very fast, and the set up of the couch as well (not super simple because the wholes are not always where you expect them to be) but the couch is beautiful and also super comfortable! For sure recommending it!

We love this lounge. It's incredibly comfortable and, in 3 days, seems durable. The two mini poufs are excellent too. I'm really happy with the purchase. The only thing we had issues with was the delivery which was organised a week after ordering, and then had to be reorganised since the delivery company said they weren't notified of retiring the old lounge which we ordered because it would be impossible to fit the new one in. The delivery itself was fine. Assembly was not as easy as the videos make it look, since attaching the backs and arms requires effort, and one screw didn't go in that well at all; but it wasn't that bad. It's great to have a sofa delivered in boxes, much easier logistically if there is a lift. Overall, we are happy and 100% recommend buying a Pummba sofa.

Despite the hiccups regarding the delivery and quality of the first cover, I initially left a review expressing how satisfied I was with the customer service of this new brand. However, my opinion has since drastically changed.

The prices are relatively high, but unfortunately, the quality doesn’t live up to the cost. The armrest no longer stays upright, and I was refunded for that issue. The original sofa cover got dirty very quickly despite their marketing claims to the contrary—it’s far from the truth. I decided to purchase additional covers, thinking I could wash them. After a single wash, the zipper immediately broke. They sent me a replacement and claimed that the backrest covers were not designed to be washed. The reality is that the covers are so thin that even a Pull & Bear jacket would hold up better. After just a few months, the color fades, and the covers look worn and unclean. I even had to buy a linen cover from another brand, which I’m very happy with, just to achieve a decent appearance.

I reached out to their customer service to share my concerns, and their response was totally incoherente:

Some of our other customers have shared that they placed the item in the washing machine to help restore some of the curl. However, we do not recommend using the washing machine, as the manufacturer advises against it. This is simply a suggestion that we’ve received from other clients.
Regarding the new corduroy covers, they are also removable. Since this is a new product, we cannot provide definitive feedback on the final results yet, as it has only recently been added to our store.
On the other hand, we can see that the fabric is being used on a daily basis, as you mentioned. However, with the bouclé beige color, like with any light-colored fabric, daily wear and tear is more noticeable compared to darker colors. For this reason, we cannot consider this to be an issue with the fabric itself.

The covers are a year old, and I neither have pets nor children. I find their response extremely poor, given the high prices and the lackluster final result, especially when they themselves admit that the products haven’t been around long enough to provide reliable feedback.

Save your money and invest in products where quality is truly guaranteed.
