Pumpynotes brings your calendar, your notes and your personal finances together in one workspace, so the three things that shape a normal week finally live in the same place. Plan your days and recurring events in the calendar. Write notes and build pages with tables, formulas, tags and statuses. Track income, expenses and subscriptions across wallets and currencies, with recurring transactions that post themselves. The part people tell us they love most is the way these connect: a note can sit on the event it belongs to, a spend can be attached to the trip or meeting it happened at, and the calendar can show what you earned and spent on any given day. Pumpynotes is built by Pumpmedya, a small team based in Türkiye. It works in your browser on desktop, tablet and phone, and the interface is available in seven languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Turkish and Russian. Every workspace can be shared with family, friends or teammates with clear roles. There is a free plan you can use for as long as you like, and paid plans that add more workspaces, members and integrations. Your data stays yours: you can export everything at any time and delete your account with one click. We are a small team, so every message reaches a real person.
