Easy to use, effective RSVP collector, great customer service!

Punchbowl is the best! It's quick, easy, and so much fun! Guests love receiving a fun invitation! It is so easy to keep track of your guest list. I really love Punchbowl! Even the name is happy!!!

This website is very easy to use! It is nice to have all of the rsvps in one place and its nice to be able to message guests and have everything in one place. This website is also affordable as well! Much easier than mailing invitations. They have many cute templates to choose from as well! I am going to use this website for my baby's birthday soon!

App is so user friendly. Has so many options to choose from. I have been using this for the past parties I have had this year. I love it! Even after event gives you option to send out Thank you cards! Thanks, Punchbowl, for being there for me!!! Much appreciated.

I was planning a 95th birthday party for my mom and went out to purchase invitations. I couldn’t find any at the store and when I asked the clerk to help me, she kind of laughed and told me that nobody mails party invitations anymore, they do it online. So, fortunately I came upon Punchbowl. It was so easy, the invitation choices were beautiful, you could do a trial to see what they looked like when they were sent in either messages or email, make adjustments and then send out. It kept me updated as to the responses, sent reminders as the party got closer. It couldn’t have been more helpful or easier! I highly recommend Punchbowl.com!

Using Punchbowl via my laptop and phone App was a great experience and it streamlined the planning immensely. I found myself accessing the mobile Apps dashboard throughout the days following after invitation was sent, to keep a pulse on who had replied and not. From beginning of picking among invitation choices, building our reunion guest list, setting date parameters for RSVP, later messaging individuals and sending out reminders near event date to undecideds and those coming the process was made simple. This was my first experience of using a digital event planning source and I’d recommend Punchbowl to new users or experienced digital planners. A friend recommended it to me and I’ll certainly use it again for future events.

I tried a different invitation app first and found it challenging to use. With Punchbowl, it was easy to create the invite, add recipients and get and reply to messages. I also had the opportunity to speak to a customer service representative regarding my subscription. She was friendly and was able to make the change I requested. I would definitely recommend Punchbowl.

Good experience. Was a little confusing at first but once I understood it, it became easy to use. Loved that you can up reminders leading up to the event. Will use again

The experience is always great ! I’ve used Punchbowl ever since o had my daughter in 2019 for all her birthday parties. It’s easy and convenient and the free app is great to keep up with all the guest!

I planned a party and it was so wonderful working with Punchbowl. It managed my invitations, replies and further communication.
I had a little challenge with the sign in button. It was glitchy, but I don’t know if that was me or not.
I would definitely use them again. I was extremely pleased.

I have an annual Halloween party and I have used Punhbowl for the last four years. They have invitation designs that are fun and more attractive for adult crowds as well as the kid-themed ones. Their system makes guests management a breeze. I appreciate that they have a free option, for tight budgets.
