I've ordered prints from this company before and they were dispatched and arrived promptly. I loved them all! Really good quality! Recently I ordered the sample pack, and again, the order was dispatched and arrived promptly. All really great prints, and I would honestly have put 9 of them in my basket anyway - the 9 prints were right up my street! The other 1 was just not 'me' but I might 'adapt' it with paint or stickers to MAKE it me, and then it will go on the walls with the others :) Overall, I'm really impressed with quality and customer service.

I bought the 10 random print for £20 pack and I was blown away!
I love a mystery and was prepared that all might not be to my taste.
However when my prints arrived (5 A4 and 5 A5) 2 were my exact taste and aesthetic and I was thrilled.
There were others that my sister loved so I gifted to her, and a few that I wouldnt have thought to buy but actually adore.
I loved them so much I placed another mystery order the same day! Can't wait for them to arrive too!
Great quality, slightly long wait for delivery (a week or 2) and great customer service.
Big fan.

Just to clarify, your order was for a sample pack, which has a clearly stated dispatch timeframe of 3-7 working days on the product page, with a notice advising this can extend up to 10 working days during high demand periods.
Your order was placed on March 11th and dispatched on March 20th, which falls within that timeframe.
Unfortunately, it appears the parcel was lost within Royal Mail’s network after dispatch. As a result, we have issued a full refund and our customer support team has been in touch with you regarding this.
We certainly do not ignore customers - all enquiries are responded to as quickly as possible, and in this case the matter has already been resolved.
Poor experience and customer service
I ordered two packs of the 10 prints for £20 for a wall , so should have had 20 prints in total . On ordering it said 2-5 working day to delivery , however this actually took 10 working days and I had to chase it , but that was fine . On receipt I had two envelopes taped together one with 10 prints and one empty ! I contacted customer services who said they wanted to see the packaging , but I had to advise that my wife had unfortunately recycled it . I replied saying all I could provide was a pic of the pictures I had received ,would that be sufficient? And I’ve had no reply . So due to obviously a packing error , I’m down £20 . Good customer service would be to trust your customer and replaced the missing item as a gesture of goodwill, but customer service skills seem to be lacking and I won’t be using again

We do have procedures in place for handling issues such as damages, missing items or fulfilment errors, and these do require certain evidence (such as packaging and labels) so we can properly investigate with our fulfilment team and prevent repeat issues.
In this case, although we were unable to carry out a full investigation without the packaging, we can see that our customer support team has already arranged for a replacement pack to be sent out to you so that you were not left out of pocket.
Marmite print - we love it !
Purchased the “Marmite” print and love it ! Popped straight into a new frame and hung it in the kitchen. Draws many comments from friends who, unlike the actual product, really like the picture ! Thank you ☺️

Beautiful prints
Beautiful prints, received an A2 print for Christmas, loved it that much that I ordered one for my bedroom. Printed on good quality paper and arrived in a tube so no damage. Would definitely recommend.

The print is great But……..
The print is great. The frame is not worth the amount you charge for. Same quality as a frame from IKEA that sells for a few quid.
