Ordered some tunnels and earrings, absolutely beautiful earrings. Unfortunately the tunnels were a but small so emailed about an exchange, very quick response and sorted 👍 new bigger set on their way.

I've been waiting for 6 weeks for my order to arrive but it is still "processing". According to their website they require "1-3 business days" to process the order and "4-7 business days" for standard shipping. I repeat: 6 WEEKS. I've tried to contact customer service to no avail. They say they will get back to you within 24 hours, which is simply not true. I just want an update to know when are the products arriving or an option to refund but I'm being offered none of them.

Loved my spear hoops! The second pair of hoops didn’t fit quite as I’d expected. I requested a return, they countered with an exchange at no extra charge. Now I have a brand new pair of earrings coming to me, and I don’t even have to worry about the headaches of returning the original pair!

Having previously bought 10 pairs of Punk Youth earrings, one of my favourites broke.
I messaged to ask if they sell charms individually, but they are replacing the broken pair.
Products are amazing, service is second to none.

I ordered a set of 3 earrings but they accidentally oversold. they said the new batch would arrive to me in early September but the issue was that i moved from my current address at the end of August. The customer service email was fast, kind and understanding of my situation and they did everything they could to either ship to my new address or ensured that they could arrive on time. i ended up receiving my order the day before i moved and am very happy with the quality so far! theyre exactly what i ordered.

Punk youth has great affordable products for punks that don’t want to break the bank on aesthetics, I recommend them to anybody n everybody. I’ve only had one unfortunate experience which wasn’t their fault, I received a replacement just a few days later!

They are quick to resolve issues regarding your order or if you just have a question.

They have such cute and cunty designs, I can’t help but to keep coming back for more <3

I LOVE the jewelry and the quality. However, I gave 4 stars because the transportation was 2 weeks, and I didn't expect that, it says a few business days on the site. Would recommend still.

I am so mad because the jewelry is beautiful but I had 2 necklaces brake in my hands almost instantly. Like so freaking fragile that I barely touched and they fell apart. 2 pairs of earrings had the needle/clasp break. Like what material are these made out of? Sand? I spent almost $150 bro, that's what I get for trusting the reviews I guess. There is no way this store has 4.8 stars. They must be lying.

I have mixed feelings about this company, the customer service is excellent tried to return an item because it was the wrong size and they sent me a no hassle exchange.
The products are cool and unique, the packaging is very cool. Shipping wasn’t too bad, less than 2 weeks to arrive.
I think I’ve ordered a couple pieces from them over 2 orders, they look great, but I wouldn’t shower with them. One pair, the gold faded very quickly. So I just wear them on nights out and not all the time. For the price they are good. I’ll order from them again.

Eventho' I had to wait some time for my eyelock earrings to come, I'm super happy with the design og quality. My daugther got 3 other designs, whice she also very happy with. All in all I'm very satisfied and would buy from Punk Youth again, specially if they made some more deigns with the eye theme ;)

I received ring tunnels who turned out a bit too small, but costumer service solved my problem within an our. Awesome!

Delivery came in expected time.
The jewellery bought came beautifully packaged, and the jewellery itself is good quality and looks amazing!
I had also bought the wrong sized tunnels for my ears and sent an email asking if I could send them back to be replaced - their response time was within the hour and they also offered me the size needed on the house and let me keep the size I had already purchased!

Would definitely recommend buying from Punkyouth. The prices are also affordable!
Definitely ordering again when I get chance, and most likely going to be a regular buyer!
