reactive customer service and lovely pieces

I’ve been following this brand for a while and i finally decided to made my first order. I was so excited!! It took longer than expected, but the wait definitely worth it! I bought a few septum clickers and some beautiful tunnels, the details are so amazing and look insane!! The clickers tho are a bit small and details are a bit hard to note, but it’s fine considering i have a small nose and don’t like big jewelry. I wish they had more options as i saw before, i’ll keep an eye on the new arrivals, i’m in love with the brand 😍 OOOH and the packaging, absolutely class, the presentation with the box and the bags, amazing. I can’t wait to order more things from you guys!

Amazing company, beautiful, well made jewelry. I originally bought 3 pairs of earrings and loved them so much, I bought 3 more! I'll be a hardcore customer from now on. They do not disappoint. The packaging is even spectacular!!

Ive ordered two products from them and the first was spot on and I wear every day. The second had a problem with the clip on the earring. I sent an email explaining the problem and they replied extremely fast. They were incredibly helpful and replaced the faulty product with no fuss.

I placed an order and got the size wrong. I contacted them, and although the mistake was mine, they responded quickly and offered a solution.

This was my second order, and I will definitely place more because the jewelry is beautiful, high-quality, and their customer service is excellent

Very understanding staff that empathized with my situation when I told them I was moving. I was given a refund for earrings I hadn't received due to probably the carrier placing it in the wrong box. Thanks again!

I'm happy to update that Punkyouth have since sent me a replacement item which I received at the weekend, thank you to their customer service for resolving this. As I provided photos of the faulty item they did not require me to make a return which saved me a lot of hassle.

*ORIGINAL REVIEW*...
I recently purchased a necklace and two pairs of earrings from Punkyouth. The designs themselves are beautiful, and I’m happy with the earrings, however I’m very disappointed with the quality of the necklace I received.

The chain arrived with a noticeable kink/twist in it which prevents it from lying flat when worn. Because it’s such a tight-knit chain, it can’t simply be untwisted or adjusted at home, and it appears to be a manufacturing defect.

I emailed the company yesterday, politely explaining the issue and asking for support with a solution, but despite the website stating that responses are provided within 24 hours, I’ve received no reply so far. Unfortunately there doesn’t appear to be any alternative way to contact customer service either.

It’s frustrating because the jewellery itself is aesthetically lovely, but the lack of response and inability to resolve what seems to be a genuine fault has left me feeling quite let down and honestly a bit ripped off. I’m hoping this review encourages Punkyouth to get in touch and help resolve the issue, as I’d much rather be able to update this review positively.

The earings are beautiful and the shipmemt is really Quick.

The quality of the products is amazing and the people are very nice and kind!! I had a small problem with one of the products i ordered and they we’re so nice and professional about it. They helped me and replied really fast to my emails. The customer service is amazing!!

Fantastic quality, beautiful designs and when I faced an issue with the clicker not working on one of the earrings,the customer service team were very quick to respond and send another pair of earrings.

I’ve now bought multiple pieces from this store and the products have always been excellent quality. I’ve bought from other “alternative” sites and have found the jewellery to be in some cases flimsy and extremely thin material which has bent and broken easily. However Punk Youth stuff is always good quality and robust. I’ve dealt with customer services several times and they’ve always been extremely helpful and have resolved my issues incredibly quickly which is impressive when I’m in a different time zone to them! Even the marketing emails aren’t as numerous as many other companies and I do appreciate them as some pieces sell out very quickly after being released. Overall an excellent company who make excellent jewellery and provide great customer service. I recommend them to friends also

Superb costumer support. I asked for an exchange of the earings I ordered because they were a bit big for my taste and they answered me quicky saying that I could choose any item I wanted and they would send it for free AND I get to keep the ones I ordered originally. Fantastic!

The jewellery I bought was all amazing. Really nice quality, exactly as they were in the pictures. 1 of the tunnels I bought had a defect that I made Punkyouth aware of, and after sending through a photo they sent me through a replacement without any hassle.
My experience with this site has been great so far, 100% will be buying from them again.
