Ordered just over $1000 of products in Feb, No contact, no order, have contacted them multiple times over multiple platforms and no one responds! Use to be a great company, Will never be ordering from them again!!!

Avoid. I used to order from here all the time. Decided to get a Christmas present for a friend however the order never arrived. Really odd as the company is very active on Etsy, but clearly inactive on their website. They’re pretty much inactive on social media too so haven’t been able to contact them on there and I’ve not had any response to my emails. Now going to have to issue a charge back with the bank.
I ordered a hip flask over a week ago, and have heard nothing since. Their website states they post items the same day (if ordered before 10am) and postage takes 1-2 working days, that's clearly a lie. They've ignored my last email asking where my order is, and the phone hangs up on you before it rings. Awful customer service, looks like that's one Christmas present not arriving.
