I ordered the Pupnaps beds for my new puppies. Safe to say they absolutely love them. Put them side by side with an old bed and Pubnaps won hands down.

Great ramp for my overweight pup with arthritis. I can no longer lift him up on the bed and this ramp has been a lifesaver for both of us.

Sunny our LabxStaffy has fallen in love with his Pupnaps LGE bed. He loves burrowing into the fluffy collar as he settles down to chill out.
We are very happy with the quality of the bed and the Xtra cover will be really convenient.

Purchased the medium pet calming bed for my 14 week old corgi puppy. Recieved 28 July, 2022. The zip broke in less than 9 days and my pup chewed the very poor quality bottom material and it has ripped in those areas.
Contacted support regarding repair. I received a very poor negative response. As if it is OK for a $129 bed to last about a week. The picture of the bed is advertised with a corgi too. But definitely not suitable for a corgi puppy. Should have a warning not to purchase for puppies.

We just recently purchased the ramp for our dog Milly She is 121/2 years old so she could access our bed.
She has struggled with it as she found it slippery so we have had to add some wooden dowels at intervals to give her the extra grip We do love the concept but being an elderly dog 🐶 she is taking time to trust it

Fantastic invention, my pugs and pomeranian have access to the bed and I don't have to worry sbout them going to the toilet on their own, or getting water when I'm asleep. Excellent purchase, love it!!

The delivery was prompt and our puppy loves the coziness of the bed. Really impressed that the cover zips off for regular cleaning, highly recommend this product.

My dog chewed the whole thing apart so it was a total waste of money

I bought the medium sized calming bed for my new Frenchie puppy and she LOVES it. So well made and super comfy. Love that the cover comes off and is machine washable. Thanks for an amazing well priced product.

We have two Labradors who love their Pupnaps beds. They also love a snooze on the sofa so we purchased the furniture protector bed. Unfortunately the bed was faulty. Pupnaps were quick to respond and a replacement was sent out the following day.

Sadly, I had to return two items. At first, I experienced a slow response, however, once I was acknowledged I received nothing but prompt, friendly and professional service, from Red. I appreciated his/her understanding and clear explanation of the return process. Also, I did keep two items, which, one of my dogs has now taken a liking to (a grey calming bed).
I would recommend Pupnaps (ask for Red!).

Annie has never been one for beds, she’d rather sleep beside it but she’s now seen the light & loves snuggling up on her bed.

I and both my Dogs Love the Large Pupnaps Beds as it is Plush and comfortable. I love it as is is easy to clean and my Fur Babies love it.

I purchased the Extra Large one for my Labradoodle as he was always on the Large Pupnaps Bed. I got the bigger size as he needs to be able to stretch out.
I find the Extra Large Bed it is not as plush and my Boy can not snuggle into it like he can they can on the Large Bed.

I did contact Pupnups who were great and explained in the Extra Large Beds they use a different filling and the reason why.

Very comfy bed, my dog Chunky seems very happy with it and I can feel how soft and snuggly it is... not a bad price for a bed for a big dog (lab), and the delivery was v quick. Happily recommend it!

We have bought every bed on the market but pupnaps are by far the favourite. They are great quality and easy to assemble again after washing. The customer service if excellent, I thought I had received the wrong product and they couldn't do enough to help me. As it turned out once I opened the package all the fluff popped out and I had received the correct order. 😅 The XL is huge which was for our 40+ kg boi, but he is just as happy in the large. So depends if your puppa prefers the nestling or space.

A calming bed purchased several months ago developed a fault. Less than a week after contacting them a replacement has arrived, Lily is ecstatic as is my other dog who had to very reluctantly share his with her. I rarely write reviews but brilliant customer service deserves to be recognised and pupnaps totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you Red.

Poor quality ramp, bit of wood feel off straight out of the box and the carpet was secured to the ramp by staples and was peeling off the top. Returned for a refund. Customer service was good processing return.
