Super customer service, fantastic product. My dogs love their cozy donut beds. Fluffy, snuggly, thick cushions and best of all, the only company I found that had removable covers for washing. One arrived with a small hole in the cover. They replaced the whole bed in just a few days. I mentioned my charge was different to the website advertised sale price - refund arrives just days later. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and defo worth the investment!

My mini dachshund absolutely loves her Pupnaps bed. I have bought 2 beds now - one I keep upstairs and one I keep downstairs in my office. Warm, soft and comforting, she loves to nuzzle in and enjoy long naps. I love that it's also machine washable so it always looks and smells good.

Prinni is very happy with her Pupnaps bed and its new cover and we are very pleased with their service.
Although we had a zipper failure on the new spare grey cover received recently, Taylor and her team exceeded all of our expectations in promptly sending us a free replacement.
Unfortunately the two ramps that we purchased were unsutable for Prinni, but Pupnaps accepted their return for credit without hesitation.
We cannot recommend them highly enough!

My review is a little different - I didn't buy the Pupnaps Ramp for a dog but for my chickens to get up and down to their sleeping area. It is the perfect height and they were easily trained to use it. Spoilt chickens!

I have bought both size ramps one for lounge and one for the bed
Max love’s using them both and as he’s a miniature dachshund they are great no more launching off the lounge

Our first bamboo cover Pupnaps bed was so popular we had to buy a second one so our cats didn’t have to fight over it! This bed must be super comfortable because the cats spend most of their day in it.

I bought a bandanna for my little bichon,he loves it just haven’t been able to get him to sit still for a photo.Pupnaps are great would truly recommend their products.

As a new owner of a mini daschund who loves to jump I soon realised I needed something to discourage the habit. I googled for dog ramps and found an Aussie product Pupnaps and ordered a small ramp that was delivered quickly and easy to operate.
Our pup loves running up and down her ramp to get to her place on the couch.

Our little miniature Dachshund puppy absolutely loves the puppy ramp we got her! Best purchase to keep Schnitzel safe from her hurting herself and enjoys the freedom of getting up on the lounge on her own. Perfect size. Love love love it!

Great for our little French bulldog. Wish we got the bigger one as our couch and bed are taller then we thought. Furniture these days come taller, sadly we know now. But we still use it with our holiday house which has a shorter bed and couch. So will be getting the bigger one for our main house soon. Thank you for a great and sturdy product

I am adding another review having received the dog beds; they are very nice beds and my dogs love them. They are very soft and comfortable and being able to remove the covers to wash them is great.

The company needs to work on communication and setting reasonable expectations around delivery, but the beds are good.

I ordered a dog keychain. I sent in a photo of my fur baby and Pupnaps did a fantastic job at making it so realistic. Something I will treasure forever.

My boy loves his bamboo bed. I have to buy another one so I don't have to move it from room to room.

Inner padding has become lumpy and the zip has broken on the cover after 9 months. Pupnaps didn't even read my emails properly and basically said tough luck. It was a very expensive bed but it is not worth the money and the customer service is shocking.

My pup loves her new bed very glad I purchased this for her, very impressed with the quality.

Great couch protector!!! My puppy is a bit crazy at the moment and won’t sit still on my lounge without scratching, chewing & genuinely being unsettled. Ever since I have purchased this couch protector he is starting to settle and calm down on the lounge. The protector is lovely & soft, made with high quality material and looks quite nice on my lounge. Only downside is that the small is still quite large in size and I have to tuck it in as I have a chaise attached to my lounge. Would love the option of a slightly smaller one which would be great for smaller lounges. Besides that it is FANTASTIC

I left a negative review that they have not put on their website! A bit dishonest, no?

Their service was fine-no problems there. I pre-ordered the calming bed due to ordering the XL version.

The positives:
-My dog loves the bed, easily his favourite one.
-The covers are easy to wash.

The negatives:
-Cover is easily ripped-already happened within the first week.
-The insert got dirty within the first week-stained heavily for something that was supposedly waterproof. This got worse with time and was starting to smell.
I had to hand wash it in the bathtub (XL circular insert wouldn't fit in the washing machine, but the rim stuffing did). It's been several weeks and it still hasn't dried!
-Inner materials-the website isn't really clear about what the stuffing is made from. I have received an email explaining that the XL beds contain memory foam due to the size and need for support. Fair enough, this explains why it hasn't dried yet. However, the L bed we ordered for the other dog contains a different material? That hasn't been explained yet...

Overall I wouldn't order from them again. I think washing a dog bed should be considered in the design. I'll be making alterations to the one I have to make it more washable.

I ordered 2 beds for my dogs and inadvertantly put in a slightly wrong postcode. The first bed came with no problem but the tracking never worked due to the wrong post code, all my fault. The second bed did not arrive. After realising why it hadn't come (it was in the North I'm in the East) this mistake was quickly acted on as both myself and the gem that is Alex at Pupnaps tried to get Yodel to assist!
Eventually Yodel returned the bed to Pupnaps and on advising Alex of that a bed was sent to me and actually arrived the next day!
I doubted the company but could not have been more wrong as they truly bent over backwards to help in any way they could in retrieving my lost order!
Thank you Pupnaps..The beds were worth waiting for and your service went above and beyond!!

Update on previous review. Received bed a couple of weeks back, great quality and our dog loves it! Washes well too. Would recommend!
Although now resolved, our criticism is getting the email from pupnaps saying shipped when it hadn't been, leading to the confusion and annoyance at the delay. If they can send their emails at the correct time, I'm sure this would help solve lots of problems.
