If I could give no stars I would. Do not order anything from them! They are a fraudulent company and will never return your money when it comes to it. They just want to scam you to buy more products at 50 or 70% off.

After carefully measuring my dog per Puppy Protection's specs for a $37 fleece jacket, I received one two sizes too large.The jacket was cute enough, but way off in size. I was ghosted by the company when I tried for an exchange. They replied one time via email asking me for a photo, which I supplied, then they never replied again. I sent six emails requesting we go forward with the exchange with no response. The phone numbers and messaging process on the site do not work.

Well considering I haven't received the items I purchased I'd say that's a pretty good reason for my one star review, whenever I email the company's customer service they just say check the tracking link and every single time I've checked it the package is still in the same status at the same place. And then they told me to get in contact with my local post office. If they are the ones that shipped it shouldnt they have some sort of continuity with the package? Its almost been a month. Seems a little rediculous. I made my order on the 31st of January and it is now the 23rd of February. Am I wrong for feeling this way?

I ordered two jackets for our puppies. I used expedited shipping, as offered. Then I got an email that my purchase won’t even be shipped for over three weeks. So they took my money and they are not delivering as they are supposed to. I will never use this company again. The shipping is a scam to get more money.

Tried to get a refund, was told that instead of a refund we could just order it again (they said they'd give us 50% off but we bought it on sale and it was quite expensive). I've never had a company say, 'oh jeez how about you just give us more of your money then?' when encountering an issue, so I was really shocked. I also noticed they have kept reviews off of their website, which seems intentional by all of the upset people on here.

Chines country (shame on me for not noticing) with tracking that doesn't update after weeks and support that claims it has. Avoid.

I bought the 'warm dog jacket' in purple, size medium for my yorkshire of 7 pounds. It fits great. I had a hard time to put it on her cause she was moving. I would have appreciated to have a snap or a button on the top of the neck so the front legs would stay in place while I place it on the rear legs.... Nice colour and seems to be comfortable. Shipping took 2 weeks, not so bad. I recommend it!

Sizes are completely off!! I measured my dog and said she was a 5xl

Awful company with abysmal communication. Bought an item in November, the shipping time was reasonable from China, but the item didn't arrive until Jan 17. I emailed the company about the delay, they passed the buck to Canada Post (who, yes, are also terrible) but wouldn't do anything to help track the item.
It finally arrived, the sizing is completely off so it's useless to me. They've completely stopped answering emails so I have no return/exchange option, especially as it's over their "45 day" return period (no fault of my own).
Shipping delays happen, that is not their fault -- but doing nothing to help, ignoring a month of emails, offering no return extension.. this is just a ridiculous company.

Their chat feature on the website is linked to Facebook and is a blank profile. Their phone number appears to be international. Zero contact options once they ghost you.

Never, Never under any circumstances order from these scan artists. Took money claim product delivered but cannot give me any proof of deivery. Will probably never see item or my money again. Tells me not to order from their country anymore if this is the way they do business. Stay away

I have several times for a refund and got told that nope it's already on its way but can't give me any shipping information whatsoever still hasn't given me any shipping information nothing's ever showed up and it's been almost a month won't be doing any more shopping with you again really like my money back

Love them but your size chart is very wrong I ordered according to you charts and they are way too big I order a 12xl and 14xl and they don't fit

I have yet to receive my order. I will revise this review when/if i finally receive it.

Terrible... it doesn't say Northface way too small. Thin and cheap. My dog is 7 pounds I got her a small..big ripoff.
