A lovely and fun experience with the puppies. The kids absolutely loved it! Serena and her team were great.

We had an amazing experience! Firstly we had to reschedule our visit and that was a really easy and seamless process. On the day we had an absolutely wonderful time! The staff were really friendly, explained everything really well, as it was our first time. They were very knowledgeable and offered to take pictures for us. Had such a great time playing with the puppies and having them fall asleep in your arms made our hearts melt! Could not recommend this enough, came out feeling calm and happy!! Will definitely be coming back.

This experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic.
I looked at several companies before choosing Puppy Luv & Wellness and after attending today I’m so glad I chose them.

Everything ran on time, meaning you had every moment interacting with the puppies. It’s a lovely, chilled set up made even better by the team. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and also knowledgeable, they really do try to ensure you get the most from your play/meet session.
I also have to do a shout out to Serena, she has a gorgeous energy, from the moment my family and I arrived she was all smiles and incredibly welcoming and we were non stop talking.
If you would like an experience that enables you to interact with puppies, in a calm and efficient environment with friendly staff, you NEED to go. We have already told several friends who will be booking and we’ll be back ourselves again meeting more pups very soon! Serena, thank you again for a wonderful Sunday morning!

The most wonderful, therapeutic experience. We took our 7 year old daughter to Puppy Luv and Wellness today after looking for animal therapy sessions. For context my child is Autistic with ADHD & has been really suffering with her mental health. I saw a little sparkle in her that I haven’t seen in a while today.. and she’s been so calm and content. Animals are so incredibly healing!

I cannot explain to you the joy and calm brought today, everything from the relaxed music, the thoughtfully laid out puppy ‘pen’ and welcoming and incredibly inclusive team. I didn’t expect to feel the level of calm and peace from having a beautiful little pup fall asleep in my arms!

The care of the puppies is clear, they are so well cared for (as you can see from my photo - that’s a very happy pup!) they also limit the amount of children per session which is a very fair and sensible approach, whilst remaining inclusive!

It’s also a wonderful activity for those who are thinking of getting a pet but want to spend time with different breeds, but also - if you just want cuddles with a beautiful little floof!

If you’re looking at this review, wondering if you should book, just do it.

This is the best experience out there! Very good value for money, ethical and a great way to spend time with loved ones. The only downer is having to say goodbye to the pups at the end of the experience. Thanks for brining so much joy. ❤️

Amazing afternoon cuddling beautiful Cavapoochon puppies. Serena and the team were wonderful. What more can you ask for?

We booked Serena and her wonderful team at PuppyLuv for my daughter’s birthday party, and it was truly unforgettable. The highlight of the day was definitely the adorable Pomeranian puppies — the children were absolutely thrilled and couldn’t get enough of them. It created such a special, joyful atmosphere and made the party feel really unique.
Serena was fantastic, made the whole process feel very easy and stress-free. On the day, her body team arrived promptly, set everything up smoothly, and were incredibly organised. My daughter is still talking about it. Thank you so much! 🐾✨

Went with my son for a one hour session and it was incredible. The staff are so lovely and knowledgeable and it was very special spending time with Serena, staff and the puppies of course. Highly recommend the experience with or without kids and can’t wait to come back!

Really brilliant experience - the Pomeranian puppies were so sweet, and the team were great at supervising and ensuring everyone felt confident playing with the pups.

Amazing experience for my two daughters. The event was very well organised and the labrador puppies were just adorable! Serena and her team were kind and informative, telling us lots about the labrador breed too. We had so much fun and we will definitely be back again!

Absolutely amazing experience for our family, even though it was a birthday surprise for my 8 year old daughter our whole family came away feeling so happy in ourselves. Thank you to Serena and co for a truly wonderful and impactful experience, it was so clear that the puppies wellbeing and welfare was at the centre of it all which was so important. I have been telling all my friends and family about it and would recommend it highly, so therapeutic.

We hired Serena and her team for my daughter’s birthday party and it was a storming success. All the girls were beyond excited to have little puppies to play with and the Doxiepoo puppies did not disappoint! Serena and her team were super friendly and professional. Serena was super responsive in the run up to the event and on the day they were also great - set everything up in less than an hour and cleared away promptly after the session finished while we continued her party elsewhere. Would definitely hire PuppyLuv again. Wonderful, unique experience. Thank you!

Myself and my daughter are autistic and have ADHD. I called before coming and Serena was very understanding and explained clearly how the event will go. We arrived with ear defenders in hand but neither of us used them. It was so chilled. I was given a chair due to my health and all the staff supported our time with the puppies. We felt very comfortable and even the puppies got comfortable and fell asleep on our laps. My daughter said it was the best 'mummy and me' outting yet!

Very well organised. The puppies were adorable and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.
