Very easy to order and delivery was good. My miniature dashhound loves his car seat. Easy for him when we travelling which we can all so use as a bed when his staying over night.

Almost perfect
I was a bit apprehensive buying this bed for my boxer who instantly “digs” and rips new beds. But as soon as I put this down he stepped on it and within 2 minutes was snoring his head off! He usually jumps on and off the sofa when we are sitting there but he didn’t move all night. And this has continued since then, we rarely see him off it! I love this bed, can’t recommend it enough!! Go buy one, your dog will love it. I gave 4 star instead of 5 as delivery has taken 3 weeks.

Poor communication unless you message them and wait for a reply. I didn't think that the product was of particularly good quality for the price paid. The stuffing in the middle cushion was extremely poor. Would not buy from them again

I purchased a dog bed from this site as it said it is based in Australia and the product is shipped from Sydney, and that the delivery will take 7 - 14 days. I've had bad experiences before with products coming from China so this was important to me.
Upon order, it also said that I will get an email once it's been shipped from its warehouse. However, I never received an update. I chased them after a week and was told that it's been shipped.
Then I received a tracking number. However, the tracking number came up as unfound. This went on for a week. I emailed and told them the situation and they told me to be patient.
It's been three weeks now and I still don't have a tracking number that works. I suspect the customer service emails I receive seem to be coming from overseas, which makes me think that this product is not coming from Sydney nor even within Australia.
I asked to cancel the order and refund as I feel they are providing false information on their website. However, they ignored my request and just said it's on its way.
Their claim on their website - 'We are proudly based in Australia and offer 7 - 14 day shipping from our Sydney warehouse' I don't think is legitimate. I'm in Sydney, and after 3 weeks, I still haven't received my order that's supposedly shipped from Sydney.
