Don't ever work for this company!
Omg. I have never dealt with a company that treats their sales reps as badly as this one. You sell a system for $6499.00 and get paid $400 commission. You have to drive your own car, pay for your own gas and repairs, then you are taxed because they put you as an employee instead of an independent contractor. That helps THEM not YOU! Here's the kicker. For the first 90 days after they install a system you sell, it's your responsibility to go back as many times as the customer wants, to test their water! That's right! If the sale is an hour and a half away, you have to drive there and back, not only using your own gas and time, but do if for FREE! Totally a scam in my opinion. Also you get paid every 2 weeks! What sales rep with any self worth and respect is going to wait 2 weeks to get paid on sales that only pay $400 each? Just a family owned business that only cares about THEIR family!
