We couldn’t be happier with our new POE3000 water softener and Reverse Osmosis system (RO+ALK). We could feel a difference straight away. The products are great and the customer service is fenomenal. The Pura Life customer service was very helpful throughout the whole process.

I could not speak highly enough of this company. From the very beginning when I was enquiring about the filters the customer service has been amazing and even after I received both of my filters they have still been in contact to check everything was ok. I was struggling to find a decent plumber who I could trust, so again I got back in contact with PuraLife and they had arranged for an amazing plumber (Jordan) to come round the next day. Honestly I am just blown away with how good this company is. It’s not often you come across companies who are as helpful and kind as these guys.
My partner and I have not drank tap water in years and try our hardest to not give it to our children as we know just how awful it actually is. My partner could not believe how amazing the water tasted after our RO+ALK filter was fitted. His words were “OMG this actually tastes better than Volvic” and he is a right water snob LOL. I just cannot recommend this company enough. If you are in 2 minds whether to order or not… you should do it 😀 thank you again PuraLife you are amazing xxx

I recently purchased the whole house water filter system and the Reverse osmosis water filter system. The systems are the best on the market by far. Very happy knowing I have clean water throughout my house. Would not trust the rancid water that comes through our taps. Everyone needs on of these.

I don't usually do reviews but I had to say that this filter changed my entire family's life after years of suffering with chronic psoriasis simply using the filter to shower with for the last 3 weeks my skin is nearly healed and I can't believe it!
The little ones eczema has also cleared up and we no longer have to use the cream it's absolutely brilliant!
Other family members are also reporting of better skin quality after using the filter.
