Many a times many of us will get involved in the day to day activities in the firm we serve and forget that our growth is very much important. He makes us to prepare the blue print for our career growth and place ourselves in the market pace which is very much important. Irrespective of the result I feel we can give this to our children's so that it would help them to be positioned better in the market always.
