Really Really bad work

Really Really bad work, please get someone else to fit your charger etc.
Ohme pro fitted via Pure EV, which is part of We Power your car. Left my charger in a state with no Ct clamp wires connected.
Drilled through my wall with a large drill bit first, even though told by me to use a small one first. So the brick split and fell off the wall outside. Then left filled with clear silicone lump sticking out of the wall. Wall bracket fitted to close to the charger, so the bracket is bending . Ct clamp box left just hanging inside my home near the fuse box. Junction box left cracked lid where you can see the wires.
ALL reported to WE power your car.
Sent installation certificate to me stating all work done.
Then they send the same man back out to correct errors who caused them in the first place !!!
Asking what was wrong !!!
Also arranged time they sent to be 4pm, he arrived at 11.20am.
NO WAY IS HE GETTING ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN. REALLY BAD COMPANY WITH NO REMORSE FOR SHODDY WORKMANSHIP.
NOW SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE.
PLEASE DO NOT BE IN MY POSITION AFTER READING THIS AND GO WITH A DECENT COMPANY WHO CAN DO A SIMPLE JOB

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Jacques came to survey and install the EV charger at our home, he prompted when he would be arriving beforehand, he was very helpful and professional and has done an amazingly tidy job. Nothing seemed to much effort. He suggested running the cabling through the loft to outside so no wiring was visible in the house (which i suspect most wouldn't suggest as is a very tiny space to get into), and has made a real neat job of the outside also. Even stuck around to show us how to schedule programming/preferences on the app. Excellent work. Would highly recommend

An Awful Company Do Not Use

An awful company. I used Egg chargers to install an EV charger. this charger was supposed to be removed as it was to be upgraded Egg instructed this firm Pure EV to remove the old charger. After about two months of messing around, they finally made an appointment to remove this old charger. I was waiting all day and had to move a considerable amount of meetings to accommodate them. They failed to turn up, no phone calls, nothing. I emailed them the next day to complain that they failed to contact me. It's simple if you are running later or something has happened, which means you can't make the appointment; a simple phone call is just courteous. I had a very rude lady ring today, Friday telling me they had issues and couldn't make the appointment. So when I said to her it was unacceptable not to call customers on the day to advise that they can't make the call, she just talked over me and when I asked her to listen to what I had to say she told me that she would terminate my call as I'm rude. Well, I wasn't, and Im about to take to all review sites and leave my honest review of their company which is they are rude and offer very poor customer service.

100% recommend!

100% recommend Pure-EV. The gentleman who came out today was really helpful and got me set up with my new Easee charger. I was given a lot of advice with how to set up the Easee app and customise it to my needs with off-peak charging. Very professional, high quality work and a pleasure to meet. Thank you! 🙂
