Service not upto mark

We had booked scalp treatment DUO package for 70 mins and it was clearly written in the description that with this treatment, your shoulders, neck and scalp are wonderfully massaged but unfortunately the massage was only for a min and when asked they mentioned we need to book extra massage time. The staff were nice but honestly the service was just okay. Felt like it was all rushed. I was expecting a more relaxed experience based on the videos posted on instagram.
