Needed a specific Funko pop for an 18th birthday gift. Found Hagrid with birthday cake Funko pop on this site which I’d never heard of so was apprehensive to order. Glad i ordered as I received a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email less than 90mins after ordering. Product arrived well packaged with fragile tape the next day as I’d paid for that option. Lose 1 star as website isn’t very user friendly, can’t filter and have to click to find out of stock, Apple Pay doesn’t work and checking out by card appeared to show error so i thought the order hadn’t gone through so i checked my email and it had. Very confusing. Sort website functionality and this website could be like its service 5star

Was after a specific POP for my daughter, which typically was OOS at the main "goto" retailers, and found Pure Pop through google, where it was both in-stock and at a competitive price.

Having never heard of Pure Pop it was a bit of a gamble, however it paid off. The item arrived within 2 days of placing the order, was well packaged and in perfect condition.

As has been mentioned, whilst there are not many reviews present for Pure Pop, the email receipt shows they are actually part of Align-Trex which have many excellent reviews, so order with confidence.

Please do not buy from here!!! Avoid at all costs!

I brought 2 funko pops, when they came I noticed the one box was damaged. When I emailed them, all they was concerned about was the actual funko pop itself! After more emails I’m still waiting on a reply! Not even offered to refund me or replace the item!

Do not even waste your time or money :(

I made a purchase from Pure Pop last week. I was a little hesitant as I'd never heard of them and couldn't find any reviews online. However, the fact that I could pay with PayPal allayed my fears a little.

When the confirmation email came through, it was from a company called Align Trex. I was very relieved to find that this company has thousands of glowing reviews on Trust Pilot.

What prompted me to leave a review for Pure Pop myself was because I needed to cancel my order the day after making it. I thought it might be a real hassle, but called the number on the confirmation email anyway. It was just a regular number, not some number that I'd get charged for by Vodafone. I was pleasantly surprised that a human answered the call pretty quickly and cancelling my order was no problem. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I had an email from PayPal less than an hour later saying I had been refunded.

So although I ended up not completing an order with Pure Pop, the experience of dealing with them was breath of fresh air and I wouldn't hesitate in using them in future. In light of how great my experience was, I actually feel bad that I had to cancel my order, so hopefully this (first) review for Pure Pop will help demonstrate my gratitude.
