Bought a few £k spaced over multiple times. Shipped with UPS and never had an issue. Contacted customer services for some questions by email and discord and got replies fairly swiftly within the day. Will definitely be using again.

Received my order on time, but had some minor damages on the aluminium profiles because of ups shipment! Hopefully, they improve on packaging and dealing with shipping partners.
