If I could give pureaurashop.com ZERO STARS- I would. The product I received from Pura Aura was not what was advertised on their website. What was advertised was a 2pack of Bounce Curl Define EdgeLife Brushes. What I received is clearly a knockoff. I disputed the charge with my cc company as pure aura customer service just denied everything. They had the audacity to offer me a "40% voucher based on my order value" to purchase more of their horrible counterfeit/knockoff products.

This company is a complete scam! I paid $100 for an item and then saw the shipping notice that it was coming from China, ok fine, I tracked the item all the way and when it finally arrived (fragile item) it looked as if it had been wrapped by a 5 year old, the box was dented and damaged and when I unwrapped the bubble wrap it contained an off brand Chinese knockoff that was used, not sealed, disgusting and dirty and when I plugged it in just to text it it didn't even work. I am so angry they stole my money!
