I placed an order in February and although i have received a tracking number, I have not received the goods and now I can see that the site is not active. I se these comments and believe I too have been scammed

The Pure Chill Suana is a total scam. They don't send you a tracking number as promised. They also don't send you product as promised. Trying to take my health and wellness to a new level. This company doesn't respond to your CONTACT US or to emails. Extremely disappointed.

What a complete load of rubbish pretending to be a legitimate company.
Do not touch with a barge pole! they take your money and then don't bother to send the goods or reply to your emails.

Same as everyone else it seems. Received the tub, never got the sauna. Their "customer service" didn't reply. Ended up disputing the charge and go my money back.

This is a scam, you will not receive your purchase or even a response, my bank fortunately got my money back for me.

Waited for two months before contacting credit card to dispute payment. BAD customer service.

Total scam, ordered 8 weeks ago paid for sauna and ice bath never received my sauna tent no answer from 10 emails. will be reporting them to credit card agent.

These jerks took my money and never sent the product. Order # 3212101.

I am also waiting on pure chill saunas since February 07 .no reply to message and my money was taking in Montreal Quebec. I feel violated are they even legit 🤨I will be going after my refund.

Scum. the order never arrived

Literally a scam, they wont refund the money. I am reporting them to the credit companies too.

One of many people it would seem who have been scammed by this company, I live in hope that something will turn up but, I've contacted them multiple times and never had a response. I'm guessing the first review on here is a fake.

Crazy how legit these scams sites can be, I should have known when they were using the exact same images as NureCover who are actually a legit company.

Disappointed is and understatement

Should be 0 stars. I had an identical experience as someone else. Placed my order and the tracking info never worked, contacted them and they escalated it to a “supervisor” that never called me back. This is a scam people, I disputed the charges.

If I could give a -10 I would. This company is impossible to deal with. I ordered my Steam Sauna, which was supposed to come with a free Ice Bath, on January 26th 2024, and delivered after 3-6 business days. After 6 days, I still didn't receive a shipping confirmation, so I reached out and received an apology for the delay and the my order would be expedited. I waited another three days to receive a shipping confirmation, which never came. I reached out 8!!! more times and did not receive a response. I had to order my bank to get my funds back. What a terrible company!

Placed an order Jan 21st,credit card was charged and processed. Never got a tracking number, sent an email never got a reply, contacted their customer service site bleame ? Actually got to talk to someone which is why a put 2 stars instead of one, but they had no record of my order after being given my order number, address and contact information. They ended the phone call saying my case was going to be sent to a supervisor and I would be contacted in 24-48 hrs. This call occurred on Feb 9th so I'm assuming they took the weekend off and will be contacted today or tomorrow. Used purechill.co not US. Changed to 1 star, I got charged for the customer service call, Bleame, these people are bad news.

Placed an order, waited 20 days. Never heard from them again. Attempted contacting to no avail.
