Applied for our Pure Cremation plan over the telephone and was carried out very easily and in a friendly manner by Gary.

I was phoned by the lovely Abi Anday who made me feel special, she had all the answers and plenty of time to answer my questions, I have received all my paperwork and my nominated person has received hers.

Total money grabber for me. After paying all that money for a simple cremation nothing but stress endless forms online and paper. Not what we signed for. Not as easy as adverts say.

I have commented before about Purecremations, and you replied about the good reviews you have received. If it is not about a money grab, why do Purecremations have an advert on every commercial break. Your prices are one of the highest among your competitors.

Pure Cremations is the only way i would ever recommend to organize a funeral - after having to arrange a funeral for my stepson at his sudden death at the age of just 31 , it was an absolute nightmare with another firm , all hidden costs and profiteering out of a young mans life from the over inflated prices of flowers , cars and someone who doesnt even know him to read out a speech , it was ridiculous at the hardest time in my life watching over Funeral Homes act like Vultures , and then to add this extra stress of waiting about for a Funeral slot to come up , thats why for my Funeral and my Girlfriends Funeral we used the fast efficient service of Pure Cremations , so helpful , thoughtful and heartfelt and with the thousands of pounds we saved (ie about £3000 each) we will use for money to go behind the bar at the Pub for our wake where our friends can celebrate our lives. WELL DONE PURE CREMATIONS I AM TRYING TO EDUCATE MORE PEOPLE INTO USING YOURSELVES - it takes out the stress and hassle , and if David Bowie used a similar cremations service i think this is the way to go.

The service we got from the initial phone call to arrange my stepfather's cremation was second th none.vey professional in every way.was informed when and where he was being cremated.then updates every step of the way,even sorting the paperwork to for him to fly back to where he briefly lived.
Special thanks to Adam for making everything easy as well as all the staff who looked after him.even the lovely lady who brought him back to us.
10/10 experience.well done it's been a pleasure.

This is a company that has advertising material sent out to people who have not only died but have already be cremated. For the relatives who are heart broken of their loss receiving such correspondence is not acceptable.
