I left at negative review due to a product quality concern. I received a prompt response in an email regarding my review. The associate that reached out to me went out of their way to ensure that in the end they stood behind their company and brand by replacing the items I was concerned about. I appreciate the respect, concern and professionalism they showed in the responses and resolution. Thank you for doing the right thing by your customers. I appreciate that.

I accidentally checked auto refill on my second order from pure (fabulous product that has made a difference for my husband and his quitting cigarettes). I emailed them to cancel the autofill and was surprised they actually emailed me back and helped me out with the request within 24 hours. Amazing to have customer service that actually helps people quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this product and company to anyone that is looking for an alternative product to help them with their smoking cessation.

I would give this team 0 stars out of 5 if I could. You guys have fraudulently charged me for an order I haven’t placed - I placed one order in September that I didn’t get. When I reached out I was told I would get a replacement and I haven’t received anything. I have since reached out 4 times because I was charged $186 and change for an order that I NEVER PLACED. I want a full refund and to never order from you guys again, this company is fraudulent. They have ignored my requests for a refund for an order I DIDNT PLACE. How was this “order” processed at 2:09am????

I was signed up for subscriptions to the items I purchased without your company making me aware of the recurring nature of the purchase. I plan to dispute this charge with my bank. This has majorly soured my opinion of this company. The extra star is because the product is fine, but the conduct is inexcusable. I would love to leave a more positive review, but this company put me out of a lot of money without clear communication.

This little plug in is a heaven scent if you have pets and children. I love my scents so much! It fills the house without being over bearing.

I bought Pure diffusers for my wife. She smoked for 35+ years. After several heart and vascular surgeries she realized that smoking cigarettes was literally killing her. She had tried to quit several times before without success. Currently, she hasn’t smoked for over a month and uses the Pure diffusers to help her resist the urge to smoke. Thank you Pure. I was expecting flavor I got the blue raspberry there is little to no flavor very disappointed I also bought the latte caffeine diffuser again is smells more than it taste not satisfied
