Customer service was very polite and professional. They replied very quickly and were very helpful. The diffusers are delicious and they’ve helped me put down nicotine . The only issue I ran into was I am unable to recharge the devices I purchased so they only lasted a week.

I really loved the detox flavor, the amount of vapor that came out, the shape.
Unfortunately, it seems to loose it's puff within a week. without being able to recharge it, I feel I didn't get to enjoy the 1200 amount of puff stated.
Everyone was very helpful and nice to help me, but unfortunately without being able to recharge one stick only seem to last a week.

Pure did a great job communicating and stood behind their product. I wil continue to buy their product for the taste and costumer support!

After placing my order, a week later, I find out that they are out of stock, not because they contacted me, but because I emailed them inquiring about my order. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience, nor any other options, other than to just wait for an undisclosed amount of time. They don’t even offer your money back!! When you click on the 30 day refund, it just pulls up their main page to select the products TO BUY!! After multiple emails, I received a “rate us” email on how they did and when I tried to select 1, or 2 stars, an error code appears, so I put 5 stars to test it, and sure enough, it went through and prompted me to this review page. So, here I am trying to rate them correctly, hopefully this one will go through with only 1 star because THAT IS TRULY WHAT THEY DESERVE!! Unfortunately, they have their review page unfairly rigged, so you can’t put an honest review below a 5 star, which is why their page has nothing but. And, if you don’t like their products, or never receive their product, have fun trying to get your money back, as their website falsely advertises and the refund option only links you back to buy more products, never offering any type of refund!!

Pure is very lovely first order shipped i liked them wanted to get more of other flavors so ordered it but had to get it refunded because they were out of them so just waiting till they restock!!

expect your order to take a month or more to ship. AI customer service. no refunds. take your business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service...these are advertised as natural. They are not. If I'm going to inhale chemicals I'd be better off to keep smoking..ask to return no answer..on their website they block all the negative reviews..
BUYER BEWARE

I ordered two weeks ago. According to the tracker only the label has been created even though it says “it’s on its way!”. I contacted the company and told them to cancel my order since it still has not been shipped. They responded and said i cannot be refunded because the order has been shippped. Even though i attached a picture showing todays tracker. I was told i have to return the product and then get refunded. I took notice on all the reviews that no one has received their requested refund. My guess is not only will I not get the product they claim has shipped despite the evidence it has not, I will also not get my money back!

The products work great and helped me a lot. I would have liked if here was a very clear explanation of the subscription process during purchase but other than that I have zero complaints.

I love these Pure diffusers. They are helping me to not pick up the very occasional cigarette I smoke. They taste and smell delicious, and they give you vitamin B12 to boot!! Also, their customer service is excellent. When I needed to pause a subscription I got no hassle, and they very readily helped me. Kathleen M.

The product is wonderful, but ordering is difficult. When I finally got AI, I was told how to get around my issue. I talked to a real person first who was no help at all

My diffuser arrived malfunctioning and they replaced it in a timely manner. It feels just like a regular vape, but without the harmful ingridients. Only, you cannot vape all the times, as it's reccomended to be used a max of 10 puffs a day.

Product came weeks late and can not be recharged 1 vape lasted 2 days

I placed my order on Wednesday, and several days later it still has not been shipped. The order status has not changed and remains “We’re preparing these items for shipping.”

I contacted customer support to ask for an update, but I have not received any response. I also asked them to confirm whether my order was a one-time purchase or a subscription, and I still have not received a clear answer.

Very disappointing customer service. Customers should not have to wait days without any communication. I hope the company improves its response times and keeps customers informed about their orders.
