Great buying experience, knowledgeable staff, super shop ( Valencia).
Had a full review of what was available and a test ride.
Scooter is easy to use, fast enough, not too heavy, charging time is ok, the split frame makes it easy to lock.
Would I buy again, yes 100%.

Nice, English speaking and very knowledgeabble stuff (Miguel), explaining all features of the Pure models to us. Will come back any time needed.

Amazing scooter 🛴

Product well built, works well, great delivery.

Delivery was really fast, the only think I don’t like is that when you call the customer service they are not answering (automatically it’s says that all of them are busy). Operation hours is from 8:30 and also if you call at that time is same answer from the machine-meaning,all the operators are busy. Since I wanted to change something, it was really difficult to communicate with anyone in time. On the email first time I have sent for asking, the answer was really fast, but after I had to change something regarding the order, the answers were delayed. Suggestions is to answer or if we are leaving the message, to get the call back the same day and not after 8-9h or the next day.
The patinet itself is really good, the power is not as I was expecting. However, I am really happy with it.

Everything is ok, especially delivery was so quick... Just I'm not happy with battery,, because I put the scooter in fully charge and used it, but the battery gone of in (13km) and the second time aswell,, I put it in full charge and it happened again no more (15km) even I'm almost 52 kilograms

Great scooters and exciting to ride. The only opinion is that the folding mechanism could be better and easier to turn.

A very good company. First I couldn´t believe they would ship me Xiaomi Pro 2 scooter almost 25% cheaper that some big retailers. But the shop looked super-legit so I bought one.

Scooter came with a big sticker "Pure" on the steering stick, but it looks kind of cool, makes it a bit unique vs simple Xiaomi Pro 2, and last: I want to give my awe to the Pure Electric company spreading their brand as I could acquire the scooter that much cheaper.

Great product which arrived inside the delivery window.
The scooter was very easy to assemble, thanks to the clear instructions and very basic assembly, 4 screws, that’s it. The tool for assembly was included.
We charged the product overnight, for the first time, and the following day the whole family were taking turns.
The scooter is quick enough to get around, very easy to steer, very strong brakes, and above all the scooter is very stable.
The ride is smooth thanks to the air filled tyres too.
A great product at a great price!

The only good thing about my purchase was the customer service representative, Carla, who was helping me through this mess.
I bought the pure air scooter online and it didn't even run a kilometer. it stopped while riding and I asked for replacement.
Then the replacement was an used one with 22kms on it, with scratches. Why'd I want to pay the whole price of the scooter if I'm going to get an open box/refurbished scooter? Returned it.
I didn't want to take a chance on getting another replacement or test if their xiaomi came in open box if I ordered one, so I'm buying a xiaomi scooter from a different seller.

5 BIG STAR for the service from Pure Electric Madrid, Juan was very helpful. I ordered the bike and it arrived 4 days later.
You really don't have to worry about ordering and paying in advance from Pure Electric they are very reliable. Juan was on whatsApp sending me an update when needed. I will definitely recommend Pure Electric. They have just opened a store in Valencia. Thumbs up:)
