Problems with Pure Air pro 3 solved!!!

A year ago I had started experience issues with starting my e-scooter, till the point that it was imposible to start it at all. It was virtually useless. It was fairly new purchase, only 6 months ago and it was my second purchase from Pure. After numerous failed attempts to contact Pure's customer service I published here my honest disappointed review. On the very next day I was contacted by Edward from Pure's customer service who was extremely helpful and handled my issue promptly. After discussing what might have had causing the failure of the e-scooter, I was offered exchange and upgrade to Pro Plus brand new scooter!!! Unneccessarily to say that it was above my expectations, as I only was looking of repairment of my e-scooter. Many thanks once again to Edward and Pure!

Will never recommend to anyone.Rubbish

This is a complete rubbish company .My electric scooter went faulty within the one year ,it’s so hard to get hold of their customer service.Really poor customer service .Not helpful at all .I am so disappointed and I will never recommend to order from pure electric.

Terrible

Purchased a Pure Flex. Late delivery, faulty scooter with light not working from the first moment. Emails sent with no answer, phone calls not answered.

Imagine paying EUR 999,00 for a brand new E-Scooter that is not fully functional and having zero feedback from the supplier. I don't have to imagine as this is my experience.

0 stars if I could. I feel like I have wasted my money. First and last purchase from this company and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to purchase.

Terrible customer service…

I ordered a reconditioned scooter from this company, paid the higher "grade A" price, and they shipped me a broken product, with the power wires ripped out of the head unit. Totally unusable. I contacted their support 3 days ago and have heard nothing from them. I'm worried now I will be left with a broken product and lost my money.
Update: 11/03 - you respond to the trust pilot bad review, but you have not responded to the multiple emails I sent to your support email address. This shows you only care about how you look in trust pilot, but you don't actually care about the customer. I still have no response from my emails, and I'm not going to just "send it back". You sent me a completely broken unusable product. It is very heavy, and would cost me a lot of money to send it back to you. You should take care of a courier pickup so there is no cost to me. This is 100% fault of Pureelectric.fr so the customer should not be asked to pay for your mistake. If I still don't have a response from your company in the next 24 hours, I will go to the European consumer affairs. They will ensure there is justice done.

Worst experience

I bought this scooter online 5 months ago. 2 days ago it stopped working so I tried to contact the Pure service, wrote emails, filled the help forms. NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM PURE. Even though it says that they respond in a maximum of 48 hours. I didn’t receive any help although my scooter is under warranty for 12 months. I highly discourage you to buy this scooter. Worst client experience. You’re left with your broken scooter after paying 600€ with no help and no reparation services available. The whole warranty is a fraud since they do not answer.

Catastrophic!

Catastrophic!

It's a wanna be brand that had a great idea with poor execution.
Order their new scooter ADVANCE + and of course couple of months later it had to have a recall for bad assembly and safety measure.
Had moved to Barcelona in the meantime from Paris.
Zero help on fixing it... I even offered them to just exchange it in a BARCA store but no, they wanted to send the tools to a small shop and repair it (again it's a factory recall, unsafe scooter to ride, not a repair because I had an accident)
Bottom line, about 4 months that I haven't ride it and over 2 months that I still wait for the "tools" to be sent!

ZERO ZERO ZEROI SERVICE!!!!

TOO BAD AS THEY HAD A GREAT CONCEPT AND VERY APPEALING SCOOTER. LET'S HOPE ANOTHER BRAND DOES IT BETTER!

What a Nightmare....

After receing my trottinette it worked great for a little while, however after some time thigs started to loosen, rattle and simply stop working. In the end i had to send my trottinette away to be fixed, because PURE has shut down all their stores in my area. When i purchased the trottinette from PURE i was told that the store in my city would be there for any reparations... Not the case anymore.
Contact the PURE customer service, and they tell me i have to send my trottinette to them to be repaired, which is fine. According to them, they say the reparation went fine, however when i received my trotinette back from them it was missing a cellphone holder and a carry bag holder then i had purchased afterward. Their technicians say thet they put these items back on, which is a complete lie. Not only did i lose the items i purchased, when i receiced the item back from PURE it was terribly packaged and had a number of broken parts that were not broken before.
Essentially, you HAVE to send your trotinette into PURE to be repaired, and when it is in their care, there will be parts that break and parts that are removed that you will not get back.
For me this whole experience has been a complete nightmare, from the beginning to the end, all for a faulty control module.....
