Great experience

I was so glad to find a women owned small business that was close to my house. The ordering was easy and any questions I had were promptly answered. The pick-up of my order was also easy! Thank you!

Pros and Cons

The fact that you had a product I had been searching for was awesome. The shipping cost was not awesome. That fact has to be a consideration for future orders.

So I think you guys are great

So I think you guys are great. I miss being able to go in the store to pick up additional items.
Also, when fulfilling my order, the wrong oil was included. I checked the order before I left so I called and you guys did a quick switch to provide me with the right oil.
