Poor after sales
What was once a great company has now gone very downhill since being taken over by Window Cleaning Warehouse. I bought a booster pump, it arrived damaged. I received no response to my email so I had to call. They arranged to pick the damaged one up the next day and send a new one out, great so far. They picked the damaged one up by DPD. 2 days later no sign of a new one. I called again, to be advised that they would only send a new one out when they received the damaged one back. What a way to punish the customer for something that is completely not their fault. I waited patiently, still no pump. Called again, checked with the warehouse to be told the damaged one had arrived back the day before and they would send a new one out that day to arrive the next day. Slightly annoyed it's still taken them a day later to even think about sending the new one out. Waited patiently again. 3 days later still no pump and now I can't even get through on the phone. Asked for a refund through PayPal and won't use again. I'd advise others to avoid too now.
