It was easy. I picked out a ring and I got in a reasonable amount of time considering where it comes from. The ring is beautiful, she loved it. I will buy from Pure Gems Jewels again.

My fiancée loves her ring. It got here pretty quick. The only downside was, it couldn't be delivered to my exact location. I had to drive 2 hours to pick it up. But it was all worth it. To see my fiancée smile was all that mattered.

My ring is beautiful!!! Sparkles, and shines. Fits perfect to size. It isn’t as heavy as I was hoping, but it’s pretty solid gold. I’d definitely order from them again.

What a rollercoaster experience at first because communication stop after making the purchase I felt abandoned and ripped off. Pure Gems didn't send me email of confirmation of order or payment. I was going to rate 4 stars but 5 stars was a honest rating in my opinion.Someone did finally called me once then I felt a little at ease. The day FedEx delivered it and I open it. I was amazed how beautiful and breathtaking the way diamond sparkles and shines.The clarity was over exceeding my expectations the ring seem smaller than advertised on the website.
