Customer service is pretty poor I have been waiting for a refund for months they tell me it’s getting done I don’t think so if you want to return items they ask you to pay £35.00 to return them thats for handling them and cleaning them even though not been used .it says 100% refund no problems (joke)
I recently bought a pair of hearing aids company, very impressed with package and information received. After trying and fitting them into both ears I had difficulty in one hear, it was a poor fitting. I informed the company of my problem. They made suggestions but it didn’t improve the situation. I said I would return the goods and ask for a refund. In there advertisement it guarantees 100% refund. After many e mails and contact with them they offered me 25% refund, refused it that then offered me 40% refund weks ago, I am still waiting for a refund. For me now it’s not the money it’s the fact there advertisement guaranteed 100% . They cannot keep to it and only offer a % and still waiting for a refund. This is not a reliable company and doesn’t keep to its promises. Be aware if you have issues or problems with the product it won’t keep to its guarantee. Company ipurehearing
