Pure Holes Solar Review
Having contacted a number of companies for solar panels I chose to go with Pure Homes Solar Ltd because:
- clear communication; full explanations as to what would happen and when.
- price - no hidden costs. Comparable with prices across the market.
Installation
A bit of admin started the installation off. I didn’t realise something had gone into ‘junk’, but this was soon sorted and everything signed off.
Scaffolding: very polite team. Came and installed a frame around my property. Discussed access points and warned me about opening windows too far.
Solar installation: team of three engineers. Professional, friendly team. Worked solidly all day. Explained what they were doing and when they needed to go upstairs asked first. Discussed where the best place was for the battery before installation. Took me through uploading the app on my phone and how it works. When finished everything was cleared away just leaving the scaffolding up until the scaffolders come to take it down.
